I recently purchased an Insignia VXR having found Crowther through Autotrader, I met Paul and Matthew the first day back after lockdown was relaxed and I expressed interest in the car, less than an hour later a deal was done and I drove away. The VXR had a couple of small issues that were rectified very quickly and no quibble at all, very pleased with both the post and pre-sales customer service.

Bought an Astra VXR from their company a few years back. Had trouble from the very get go as they only had one key for the car and were wanting to charge me for an extra one When asked if the car had any faults they lied and said there was nothing. I recognise that when buying a used car there will be some faults but the car had some quite hidden faults that should have been listed and mentioned. Quite a shady practice and poor customer service avoid!!
