Couldn't recommend these guys enough, absolutely fantastic to deal with, the cars are are excellent, Gary was a pleasure to deal with, no matter how many questions I asked, e-mailed etc he was fast to respond and very helpful. All in all 5* service. Highly recommended

Totally unfair trading practices, bait advertising and manipulating customers with misleading sales/offers. After a whole day of providing incorrect information and prices (also incorrect on webiste) about various vehicles, I was eventually offered an "offer" on a vehicle.... which they proceeded to grade up on their website to pretend the offer was applied - but actually it was all false. It jumped up in price online the moment they offererd the new price and back down to ts original price the moment I declined the offer. Totally misleading, tactical manipulation and all information on prices/offers is false in order to secure a sale. Avoid at all cost, they are breaking many trade rules to lure you in and lord knows what else - I'd have rated 0 if I could.

Traded my Ford Kuga in for a Range Rover Evoque. Got an excellent trade in price for the Kuga and payed a very reasonable price for the Evoque. I was dealt with by Paul, who isnt a pushy salesmen and a very trustworthy person . Would definitely recommend Crowther Lodge to anyone and would buy from here again. Very pleased with the new car.

I called in to the showroom on several occasions. There was absolutely no pressure at all from Paul. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I bought a good car for a fair price and was given a fair price for my trade in. Paul sorted all the paperwork quickly. Very happy with the service from Crowther. Highly recommended.
