Ive waited a week to leave my review to run my car for a fair few miles ,After using another dealer 4 years ago (first time using a dealer) that worked out badly ie sold a lemon that cost me a fortune in repairs and time and car hire etc , I was very apprehensive of going through a dealer ever again .. But after hearing fantastic reviews of Top car for the last couple of years ,I bit the bullet and went for it after the forementioned car broke down once again , And oh boy what an amazing pleasure it was ,from sending my initial query on a Sunday morning (prompt responce from Craig even though they were closed ) to completion of the paperwork within days by the very friendly knowledgeable Leon .Everything was friendly, relaxed ,No pressure to buy the car or warranty or anything at all.And when I went to collect the car one of the lovely salesman said buying a new car should be a happy pleasent fun day and should make you smile and you know what it was thanks to all the lovely people at Top car even down to if there's anything you need help setting up tech wise in the car pop back anytime and we will set it up for you (amazing) . I can't recommend Craig and his 5* amazing team highly enough to anyone.I can't name the previous dealer I used so stay safe and use Top car

Craig and his staff were very helpful and we were surprised how quick and trouble free the whole process was. Very happy with the vehicle purchased and would strongly recommend Top Car to anyone wishing to purchase a car with the security and knowledge that they are buying from a really genuine company.

Very friendly and professional, I couldn’t rate Top Car more highly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, especially Leon who couldn’t have done enough to make the experience a real pleasure and explaining everything in layman’s terms. Craig was also extremely knowledgeable and made the experience that good I’ve bought another one which I’m picking up this week , fantastic finance arrangements too which sealed the deal Thank you all at Top Car Inverness 🚘

I would without a shadow of a doubt highly recommend Top Car Inverness. I have bought quite a few cars from Craig over the years and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. Great customer service and I love my new car.

The whole process could not have been smoother or more pleasant. Mark replied to my request for a test drive straightaway and when I arrived all of the staff were very friendly and reassuring. It felt like fun, which it definitely was when I got behind the wheel of my Skoda Fabia. After waiting a few days for their brilliant Top Car package of a service, MOT test and valet clean to be carried out I was able to collect my new car Dusty. I couldn't be more delighted and look forward to many happy years together. Thank you so much Top Car, you really are the tops.

Came across a vechile that caught my eye. Got in touch with Mark at topcar who advised me the car had already gone. I was obviously a bit disappointed. That same day I received a call saying it was back on the market. The car was serviced and valeted and in my drive 2 days later. By far the most hassle free vechile purchase I’ve experienced.
