I'm not one to write many reviews but absolutely need to give credit where credits due to Richard at Dane Manor cars. Outstanding service from start to finish, so much so that I drove over 300 miles today from Scotland to pick up my new Volvo XC40. I spoke with Richard over the telephone and within days I was down collecting it. One of the most simple transactions I've ever had and wouldn't hesitate to contact and purchase again in the future. Absolutely delighted with my car and the service, Thanks for your professionalism Richard, top class service. Highly recommend!!
Just part exchanged my fiesta for a fantastic Mazda mx5 in fantastic condition at a brilliant price can’t speak to highly about Richard & Danny and the way they handled the sale it was a absolute pleasure if only all car sales people were the same highly recommend Dane Manor Cars.
The first thing that struck me was how friendly Richard was. A friendly handshake and passed to look at the car at my leisure. No pressure. He answered a few questions and let me take a test drive. The car was in great condition. We agreed on a fee. 12 months mot and 6 months warranty. Perfect. When I came to pick the car up I was picked up at the station and signed the documents. The car looked and drove great. A very friendly and positive experience with no pressure. Perfect.

Can't recommend this garage highly enough, after taking the car home we had a major fault occur with the gearbox Richard the owner arranged for the car to be repaired at one of his specialist garages he uses, and paid for the full cost himself. You won't get better service anywhere else believe me.

Car I bought here was not good value. The dealer would not be swayed on price at all and had trouble getting anything out of him. I would not recommend them.

I apologise for my late response to this review, only that I have only just come across it, I feel it is slightly harsh to review my buisness with the lowest possible grading, due to only the fact that I wouldn't discount the vehicle for you, surely you must of been happy with the price of the car at the time otherwise you wouldn't of bought the car? We are a small independent garage which work on small margins so sometimes it is difficult to reduce the price of the cars when they are very reasonably priced to begin with. I bought a Fiat from here in August. The car was clean and in good condition other than the fact that there was cigarette ash on one of the back seats. The car was very good value for money and the dealers were helpful and friendly so I would recommend them.

I bought my Ford KA Zetec at Dane Manor back at the end of June. Having realised (a few days later) that the radio had lost its code I got in touch with the dealer and explained the situation. There was no question about the problem being dealt with and paid for by Dane Manor. So all in all a good value, low mileage car with great after sales service. Excellent.
An absolute pleasure to deal with dane manor motors,nothing was too much trouble for them.Made to feel very assured with what we were buying,no pressure whatsoever.Would go here again for my next purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends spot on.
