I bought an Audi A6 from Delight UK Cars in December 2108, with a 6 month warranty. After 3 weeks of driving it, it was leaking coolant none stop and I haven’t been able to drive it since. I tried to claim but the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Funny how the owner is never there or I call and people keep saying they will get back to me but never do. Please do not buy from this dealer.

Having recently bought a 14 reg Renault Megane from Delight UK Cars I was told by the sales manager Morgan that if there was any issues with the vehicle it would be covered under the extensive warranty that they provide this gave us peace of mind, however when the clutch collapsed 4 weeks later and cost £780 to fix, the warranty doesn't cover this as it's only a limited warranty, having contacted Morgan to see if he could do anything he gave me every excuse to fob me off from the owner being at home in Pakistan or somewhere else, I'm dealing with other customers I will phone you back or there's no one here to give me any advice. This company is run by conmen who will tell you anything to get you to buy a vehicle from them please stay well away from them they just want your money and don't care what happens after that certainly no after sales services.

Hi lee I am sorry to see you have been going through an issue with the clutch on the car you purchased from our company how ever the warranty company didn’t cover the clutch as you just bought the car and I was away in Dubai not Pakistan as I am not from Pakistan. How ever if you didn’t fix the issue can you please drop the car back to us and I will do my best to get it sorted the price £780 is too highl I will get it fixed for you and if you already fixed the clutch I am willing to contribute towards the cost please call me and ask for Osman 07960333444 we can get it sorted for you many thanks

I would like to state the owner of Delight Cars Osman Mohamed has contacted me over the clutch issue and has offered to pay half of the payment which I'm really happy with so I would like to say Osman Mohamed thank you very much for the great after sales service.
I recently bought a Toyota RAV4 for my wife from Delight UK, I later realised a fault with the Sat nav of which I then contacted Delight. I'm pleased with the outcome given the fact that they provided financial support to obtain a replacement. I'll be glad to patronise in future....
This is my second car from Delight UK Cars. I bought a Nissan Note from here in September. I would use this dealership again. The dealers were really helpful and I have had no issues with the car, everything has been fine. I would happily recommend.

Purchased a Peugeot 207 and was very happy with the car and overall service. After having it serviced a couple of minor issues and an oil leak were highlighted but delight resolved the leak as quickly as possible and even lent a car to me in which I could travel to work while my Peugeot was in the garage. I would definitely recommend and will be returning for the next one. Thanks!
I was nearly sold a car that had finance owing on it. I am surprised to read the above reviews as I found Morgan to be pushy, arrogant and very rude. I was given time to think about my considered purchase which was for £3100 for a 2010 Peugeot 207. I was literally forced to give a deposit as he was closing, and I was given no time to think about it. It turns out the car had outstanding finance on it. So I could easily have lost all my money. I attempted to gain information from Richard who blatantly lied to me by saying its ok to buy the car as Delight Cars took the finance deal and would repay it and it was nothing to worry about. What!!! I think failed to understand is that he was speaking to a trainee solicitor who knows that the equity of the car lies with the finance company and NOT Delight cars. So I could have unwittingly paid £3100 to Delight cars and then a few months down the line had my car repossessed by the Finance company when Delight Cars had defaulted on their finance agreement repayments. So BUYER BEWARE OF THESE MEN. Thanks.
For once a second hand car dealer is exactly opposite to the stereotype! Professional, informative and very approachable without being pushy the salesman I dealt with (Morgan) created a rapport but never pushed me for an answer and went out of his way to accommodate my needs, like giving me time to consider it and keeping in touch when needed. Massive bonus is the 2 keys, up-to-date service and MoT plus the 3 month warranty as a standard and high quality valeting all in the price which for a car over 10 years old is hard to find. I never heard of this company before but from now on I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

The man at Delight UK Cars was very nice, he made everything very straightforward and easy, the car is like driving in a dream I couldn't be happier with it. My only disappointment is that I only got 1 key with the car.
