Bought a vw tiguan which was spotless and took on a test drive. Bought car and picked it up a couple of weeks later only to have gearbox problems on way home. Took car straight back to dealer and they gave me my trade in car back while they sorted out issue. 4 weeks later and at a cost of over £2700 pounds the car was fixed. Turns out it was a mechatronix unit which is known to fail on vw. They sent me the receipt as proof and car now runs sweet. A special mention to Megan who answered any queries I had and sorted out the additional warranty I purchased for car as well. She always responded to any texts I sent

My experience purchasing a Porsche Macan from this dealership was marred by an incredibly frustrating post-sale interaction with the saleswoman, Georgia. While the initial sales process was pleasant, my disappointment with the lack of responsiveness and empathy I encountered after the sale is difficult to overlook. What stands out most is the complete absence of communication. My attempts to contact Georgia, both via phone and WhatsApp, were met with silence. It's disheartening to feel ignored and left in the dark after making such a significant purchase. Customer service should not end at the point of sale, especially when investing in a high-end product like a Porsche. Moreover, I couldn't help but feel that my experience was further compounded by my English language proficiency—or lack thereof. As someone from Hong Kong, English is not my first language, and although I made efforts to communicate effectively, I felt that Georgia and the dealership as a whole may have looked down on me due to this language barrier. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and understanding, regardless of their linguistic abilities. While the Porsche itself is undeniably impressive, I must caution potential buyers about the post-sale service and the treatment they might receive, especially if they face language challenges. It's essential that customers feel valued and heard throughout their entire journey with a dealership, and this experience did not meet those expectations. In conclusion, my overall experience with this dealership, especially the post-sale support from Georgia, has been disappointing and frustrating. For a brand that prides itself on luxury and quality, the lack of responsiveness and empathy is disheartening. I hope they can take steps to improve their customer service standards and ensure that every customer is treated with the respect they deserve, regardless of their background or language proficiency.

Very helpful a good laugh no problems the car i got is brilliant so get down to dtc you might find what you won't with a good teem to advice but not push you 👍👍👍

From start to finish Simon was honest and very helpful. Very pleased with the car when it arrived and couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend to anyone. I’m sure I’ll be back in the future!
From the word go, Megan and Simon have been brilliant. Relaxed, not pushy, they just let their top quality, high spec cars sell themselves. There was a small problem with the car - no parcel shelf - when i mentioned it, they just bought me a new one without any quibbles. Any issues - yep, no problem, we can sort that. Amazing. They talked me through everything and its just been so easy and fun. Their prices are also bang on - well, actually to me, they were the best price for the spec of the car i could find! Thank you!

Found a car on the internet at Derby trade Cars that my son wanted rang to enquire from this very first communication we were so impressed. Went over following day and met with Tom. Such an easy transaction and finance arranged we were ready to go within an hour. Really professional yet down to earth and friendly will always check here first when looking for a new car. No gimmicks no hard sell. Genuinely just a great experience.
Derby Trade Cars is a fantastic place to purchase a new vehicle. We was looked after by Steven he was really helpful and friendly. The best thing about him was he wasn’t pushy just let me take my time looking at the cars before I purchase the one I wanted. Definitely will be back if I need another new car in the future
Bought a car from Derby Trade Cars, advised them of issues within 2 weeks of purchase, they made every excuse not to put the car through the warranty and had to pay for the repairs myself, now given excuse that although they advised me to take the care to a dealer to get it fixed, the supposed warranty company won't accept the receipt submitted, have refused to return my calls regarding the issue. I would suggest being very careful when buying a car from them, they told me that, the money they had spent to put the vehicle through an M.O.T was part of the warranty, how can you advise that you have submitted a claim when the vehicle hasn't been sold....the old saying is very true with this company BUYER BE AWARE.....!!!
