I absolutely love my Mercedes—it’s amazing! Throughout the entire process, I had plenty of questions, and the team was always so patient and happy to help, never leaving me in the dark about anything. Their customer service was fantastic! Before I collected my car, they went above and beyond by fitting new brake discs and pads, two new tires, and even new windscreen wipers. I’m so impressed with both the car and the care they took to ensure everything was perfect.

Things are going as well as I hoped they would with my Ford S Max. John was the sales representative that I dealt with, and he let me take all the time I needed looking at the car without putting any pressure on me.
