Company Douglas Park BMW GLASGOW is a joke Brought BMW 335d for £25000, nice car bits missing off it and chassis stamp damaged that they haven't replaced had to wait 8 weeks for Logbook as they registered it to someone else address and got my details wrong, even my email address, was told it didn't need a mot as new and would need Service in June of 2020, Brought it in June 2019 and needs Mot March and brake fluid change within only 9 months, be careful as its a big company and they don't care. Had to complain to get my dad his £50 for recommending as they said I had already brought a car from them before and he wasn't entitled too it, this will be the last time I get a car from Douglas Park glasow as the sale's guy is a tool.

I bought an approved BMW M3 and after leaving the garage after 2 miles my tyres were low on pressure. After taking this up with the garage the car was taken in and the 2 rears had 2 punctures and there was no fault with the third tyre which loses pressure every 2 days. They put in 2 repairs to the rear tyres which have to deal with 450bhp in the M3. Save your energy and make sure you go to grassicks in Perth or John clark in aberdeen. Stay well clear of Douglas Park BMW is Stirling as they so not hold the same customer service as the real BMW dealers in Scotland. BMW UK were no use either. Buy a Merc or Audi, this will be my last BMW.
Douglas Park BMW in Glasgow is a truly awful company. Discovered that our “new” car bought in May 2017 was actually manufactured in November 2015, 18 months previously We were not informed of this when they persuaded us not to wait for the white car we requested and instead have the silver model which was available now Immoral and deceitful practice which is unfortunately legal since a car is declared new when first registered They were totally disinterested in our complaint and are an untrustworthy organisation We will never buy from Douglas Park and we’ll never recommend them Remember to ask when your “new” car was manufactured next time you buy

Pathetic service after you paid glasgow BMW dont even answer phone. and if any issue they dont want to sort out if you want to waste your moeny on car then use bmw glasgow other wise if you want good service better go to other dealers who give u respect and good service. douglas park glasgow gives horrible service ever.
This BMW dealership are poor. They do not check their finances and feel that its okay to take advantage of their customers just because they have travelled a very long way. The manager is useless and shouldn't be working for a BMW dealership. I would NOT recommend.
