In August of 2017 I purchased a 2013 Skoda Citigo from Dave Hill, DRH Cars. Although I am satisfied with the vehicle itself, several agreed items were not delivered to me as promised. This included my RAC membership (advertised in the dealership, now concluded after driving to the dealership repeatedly 2 hours drive for myself), floormats not delivered as "we always supply floormats", and an emergency jack. A few days after the delivery to my house, I noted a light lens was broken that was agreed to be fixed before delivery (An MOT failure bearing in mind the day prior it had passed ), I phoned Dave, and said he has ordered the part direct from Skoda, so I drove up to get it fitted. He then stated that "it is in his other warehouse". After 541 miles of driving to the dealership repeatedly over a large timeframe, I have given up on these false promises. For anyone thinking about buying via DRH Cars LTD, Dave Hill is a very helpful, honest and 'nothing is too much effort' in the purchase of the car after you complete the transaction, you are on your own. A learning experience.

Excellent service, no pressure to buy.Allowed to look over car in our own time. Dave is a very pleasant man to deal with. Would buy from him again. Car was deliver immaculate and given good price for our px.

car delivered after 4.30 in afternoon was to be 11 in morning things have found wrong 6 months M O T not 12 as advertised engine filthy took me 8 hours to clean engine .rear brake disc badley scored had to change them braking was very bad shaking badly on motor way had all wheel balanced one wheel found to be welded instead of changing alloy been welded rear door central looking don't work full service had to be done by garage they said this car has not had a service done for at least 10000 miles scatches all over the car have bought spray paint fob smart key wont work he said send to me will have it done sent it nearly 2 weeks recorded delivery ago now 1st December nothing back but said a week a go in the post this man is a liar and a con artist I am not the only person to say this and I would have and have done most of the things which should have been done before I received the car but he just does,nt want to know why it bloody baffles me he sells the car and that's it no after sales help what so ever what a experience to go through never again I hope no one else goes through what I have just buying a car. jhaines.

BOUGHT A CAR FROM DRH, THEY DELIVERED IT BECAUSE THERE WAS MANY FAULTS WHICH I WOULD HAVE SPOTTED IF I HAD DRIVEN IT FOR SO MANY MILES. DAVE HILL IS A LIAR, A PISS TAKER AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY A CAR FROM THESE. TYPICAL CAR DEALER. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I bought jaguar f type from dave hill car sales in tamworth was delivered after 4.30 in afternoon so really could not have a very good look at it anyway so far its only got 6moths M O T not 12 I spent 8 hours cleaning the engine it was filthy mud in places you would,nt believe I have had to have new brake discs at rear have the all the wheels balanced had a full service the garage told me this car has,nt had a service for at least 10,000 miles there is scratches all over the car paint bottom of rear wheel arch just down to white so had to buy paint to spray it and more around the car the rear central locking not working I have phones him several times send fob smart key to me which I did recorded delivery to him about 2 weeks ago said it would be with me last week now the 1st December still not arrived while the wheels were being balance was found one of them has been welded that's why I am still getting a shaking when driving promise me would replace it nothing not answering my emails or phone calls now please do not buy a car from this man he is a liar and a promiser I am taking this further already seen my solicitor his address drh cars 125 kettlbroke road tamworth unit 2 Staffordshire b77 1ag avoid jhaines.

Very happy with car nice guys free delivery will return to DRH Cars Tamworth next year.
I bought a LR Discovery in April from DRH cars. The service was brill and the car was very good value for money! There is a small issue with the car, there is a funny noise coming from what i believe is the gear box but i will take it back and they should fix it no problem because the car is still in warranty. I would certainly recommend this dealership they were very helpful.
