Don't buy a used car from Drive Leicester, they sold me a car with the centre section of the exhaust missing, and "fitted" brake pads that only lasted 4000 miles, which they claim is normal. Took 2 weeks to get someone to talk to me about it and their only answer was call a solicitor.

Absolutely disgusted after my car accident i went and got myself a 66 plate vauxhall astra from drive vauxhall in leicester, only after having the car one week it spent a week in the garage having a clutch fitted totally unacceptable for a car that had only done 16k on return of my car it then developed 2 strange noises and had to go back in the garage once again! After having my car for over two weeks this time i get told the problem is a manufacturers fault and they cant do nothing at the moment so my car has just been sitting there doing nothing! There is no communication at all from anybody there and to be honest my car has spent more time at service than i have driven it! I WILL never buy from drive vauxhall again and cant wait to get rid of the car absolutly poor excuses of a 10 and a half thousand pound car shame on you drive vauxhall leicester!!!!

After visiting the Leicester branch on Saturday, i was served by Ryan. He was very friendly and helpful from the start. Not a pushy sales man, he wanted to know what i wanted. Asked about me and what an ideal car was. We test drove 2 cars that i really liked and ended up buying one of them! Thank you so much.

Visited the showroom on a Sunday and spoke to salesman Semir. Very polite and efficient, and having seen the car I was interested in he arranged a test drive. A very good trade-in price for my previous vehicle was agreed, and I returned six days later to collect my new car, a Mokka. Semir sent e-mails and telephoned me in the week to keep me updated as to what was happening, and a time was arranged for the handover. I would say that Semir is a credit to the company, and I wouldn't hesitate in sending friends or family to this dealership,very professional all round.

I would like to say a big thank you to Adam and Pete at Drive Vauxhall Freemans Common for being so helpful to me when I was changing my car, I feel I can always trust them which means a lot to me. I find Adam always friendly and happy to help and he also called me after a few days to make sure I was enjoying my new car. Thanks boys.

Bought a car from Drive Vauxhall in Leicester with power roof issues. Faulty Handbreak issues. Wipers needed replacing. We're told on collection all this work would be done. Collected car they had just mot it but Handbreak Failed on drive home had to replace full unit at our local garage. They had car back for 3 weeks to sort out roof still not right. Ok that's enough. Car now at BMW dealers. Don't buy from these unless you want major problems
