Bought a used corsa from Weston Super Mare. As soon as I paid the car and took it home during the way problem came out. Called them back and took it back the car in the service. Couple of days later they said repaired. After 8 months (now) came out the same symptons, took it to my mechanic who said the cost would be thousand to repair. My problem caused the lack of service even stamped the service book they did not change the oil regularly. (Only vauxhall stamps in the service book and one previous owner). Also they hided the problem as loosing coolant at the thermostat housing. Problem is the bolt cut off and cannot be tightened. Awful service never again buy any car from vauxhall!!
Drove 90 motorway minutes to test drive a car at time and on day agreed when the dealer phoned me on my landline. Arrived to be told the car had been sold a day earlier. The dealer claimed he was unable to contact me as the mobile number was wrong. They never had my mobile number and never tried my landline which they had already used. Disgraceful service. Straight lie about trying to contact me. Untrustworthy.

A faultless experience. Buying a car can be very daunting to say the least. When parting with a lot of cash the fear of buying a second hand car can be a scary one. Fear no more as Drive were excellent from that first initial enquiry, through to the whole sale/part exchange process. James was a great salesman. Very polite and professional. Everything is explained and James was very thorough. If you want to buy a car, with peace of mind, this is the place for you. I experienced no pushy sales tactics for either the car or any optional extra services Drive can provide, which is what made the whole experience so perfect. Richard, the general manager was also a great help throughout. I can’t thank both of them enough for there perfect customer services. I’ve purchased a lot of cars from garages in the past years and this has been the best experience to date. I don’t think it will be beaten, unless the next car is free of course haha. I was interested in a 20 plate Astra Sri vx line located at Drive Leicester, Weston would not arrange bringing it to Weston because they would not make any money on it. They suggested I contact Leicester myself and meet any transport cost incurred. This is despite their promise of arranging for any car within their stock being available. Two hopes of that happening, no hope and Bob hope. Went to Rowcliffes Taunton instead, completely different attitude, car ordered. Drive WSM should advertise, “IF ITS NOT ON SITE NO DEAL”.

A complete waste of time and effort dealing with Drive Vauxhall in Weston Super Mare. We had located a Ford Fiesta at this dealership and arranged for a test drive. We even received a SIM message to say there were looking forward to our visit. We arrived at the allocated time after a 50 mile drive. We walked in and met the sales person who sent the SIM message. We went to test drive the vehicle only to find out that it had already been sold a couple of days before. What a complete and utter waste of time and money. I stated why there hadn't had the courtesy to send a message to say the car had been sold and therefore it wasn't available. The sales person wasn't really interested. If this is the way they treat prospective buyers then I would avoid at all costs.

Went in to look at a new car, came away with a 12.5% APR loan for a second hand Corsa (subject to approval). When the finance started to get complicated (they wanted more a more information) I decided to cancel the order to protect my credit rating. Unfortunately Drive Vauxhall in Weston Super Mare did not see it this way and kept my £500 deposit, despite being told by the salesman that this would not happen. The long and short of this is that walking through the door of this dealership cost me £500. My advice is avoid at all cost.
