Having bought 2 cars off these guys in the last year no problems at all and Edward is so helpful knows so much about cars it unreal. A real pleasure to find people how don,t push you into buying but just help you will advise.

Paul and Michael were fantastic, an absolute pleasure to deal with. If they ran a pub, you'd never go home!!! The Duster is in better condition than they described (I had the car delivered 280 miles). It has FSH, they serviced it, added two brand new tyres from Kwik Fit! full mot and a full valet (not a quick clean but a proper valet inside and out). They run an old school independent dealership, unlike many back of a fag packet, off the drive, parked at Asda rip off car dealers around, or the big name garages who treat you as a number rather than a person who works hard for you money. At the time of sale, it was the cheapest 4wd Duster for sale (newer shape), and they still added all the extras without even being asked. Thank you very much for everything, you are a credit to the motor trade!!!

I'd driven ca. 10 miles to test view a specific car I'd identified online. After examining the car body carefully, I requested a test-drive and was told "Only if you want to buy it." I most politely explained I'd identified two cars to test drive that Saturday and would be buying one of them. The salesmen clearly did not want to get the car out of the garage, but I was serious enough about the car to insist. The salesmen than continued to be incredibly patronising and rude.-Despite the car meeting my expectations, I decided not purchase it because the whole experience had been so incredibly unpleasant. The friend I was with commented she didn't know how I had remained so calm and polite. The salesman is in desperate need of some customer-service development. I should add that the mechanic who supervised the test-drive was extremely polite, helpful and loyal to the business.
