Avoid this garage at all costs if your insurance company ie Direct Line send you here for repairs to your vehicle. They are the most incompetent and unreliable company I have ever had to deal with. No customer care or communication and vehicle completion dates are just a complete joke. Repair was inadequate too. Please don’t use them

Mr G You have left feedback relating you your experience with an accident repair believing it was us that carried out that repair, when actually we dont carry out accident repairs as we are East Bilney Garage a Renault & Dacia Retailer and i suspect you were thinking of another business in East Bilney that is in the accident repair business.
