Purchased a beautiful Jaguar XF from eastfield motors around October 2023, the car is running great no issues after 3 months of use, the customer service from start to finish was commendable. Will definitely recommend them.
Was excited to get the car .at 1st .Vehicle broke down before we got home . Clutch/gearbox knackered. Dealer said it might be a pipe or summat ,another words it’ll be bodged on repair. Return car and cancelled finance . Be very careful with these. Out of pocket

Poor dealer, sold me car with many defect, i want return car 1 day after buy it, owner do a problem with everything, i ring and Say car has many defect he Say to me keep it.. I send him car 3 Day after buy it, i wait over week for incompletly payment back. No answer Phone, dont replay for email, keep my monay over week. Very bad communication, dont reccomend
We were recommended Eastfield Motors by a friend after being stung £6500 by another dealer who sold us a car with a head gasket fault, after we finally got our money back 3 weeks down the line we arrived at eastfield motors and test drove a Vw Touran, We went out on our own, i Loved the car & left a deposit. They got the car ready for us within 2 days. Amazing service, i cannot fault them especially having such a bad experience with another dealer. i will be recommending them to everyone i know.
I would highly recommend Eastfield Motors to anyone looking for a good quality car from a responsible dealer. My son just passed his test and bought a really nice Vauxhall Corsa from them. They made the whole buying process so easy for him.
