I purchased a bmw x1 from eastfield motors, i had to travel from Birmingham and Mark was extremely helpful every step of the way. He communicated with me and even held the car until i was available to pick it up. The car was in immaculate comdition as promised, he also helped me tax my car before i left the dealership. Cant recommended them enough. Very happy with my purchase thankyou to Mark and his team for making it a pleasant experience.

Bought a 59 plate 2.0 tsi Scirocco and so far so good (had car nearly a week). Great customer service, didn’t feel pressured or forced to buy but allowed to look around at my leisure and was given keys for a test drive. Given good part exchange price for trade in. Would recommend!
Son bought a car yesterday, then last night it broke down and the head gasket went, my son phoned the garage asking for them to fix it, the owners response was it’s a part ex you check it over and bought it there’s not 30 days warranty on a used car my son contacted trading standards and under The Consumer Good Act 2015 the either pay of give money back. I my self phone the garage the owner again said you see it you like it you buy it I don’t care about trading standards I’ve got cctv of your lad looking the car over. Just brought my Audi A3 from Eastfield Motors, Quick sign on the paperwork and I was away driving. Lengthy warranty and from what I have experienced customer service is spot on. If there was no mileage clock I would have thought it was straight from the Manufacturer!
Won’t be using Eastfield Motors again warranty not worth what written on as doesn’t pay out only had Car 10 weeks and problem and had to pay repair myself no customer care from company might aswell went to person selling private but thought dealers would be better as got a warranty

This Review is totally unfair since you were given a fully comprehensive electrical & mechanical breakdown warranty with full UK wide recovery in the unfortunate event of a breakdown. You had a Rubber hose which burst 11 weeks after you took delivery of the vehicle. Rubber Hoses, Tyres, Bulbs, Brakes etc are serviceable items which are not covered under any warranty, This is clearly stated in the "what is not covered" section of your warranty. So to say that the warranty is not worth the paper its written on because you had to pay £28 for a Rubber Hose is absolutely ridiculous, especially since you have no other complaints about this vehicle. No warranty covers every single part on a vehicle let alone an 8 yr old car with £82,000 miles.
They were always available to answer any questions or queries I had about the car, but there was no pushy sales which I liked. A really nice way to buy a car. Recommend.
