My wife and I were looking for a reliable Suzuki Vitara for my wife's work, and they had a number of them on the lot. The one we chose had very low mileage, looked great inside and out and was a fantastic price. I identified a couple of minor issues such as scuffs on the wing mirrors, vehicle mats and tyres, all of which they sorted with no quibbles by the time we picked up the car the very next day. The sales guys were very knowledgeable and chatty and helped us through the whole process. Adam worked hard to get us a workable price for our old car as part exchange. There was a tiny issue in that a tyre inflation kit that was promised never materised but this did not detract from the overall positive experience of the sale. 4 months down and we still love the car with not a single moment of concern or regret. I will certainly revisit Easy car credit again when looking for my next car. Highly recommend.

I bought my car during lockdown remotely, I didn’t visit branch but I was sent a video of the car I was interested in. I paid the deposit to secure then before delivery paid the full balance. Everyone who I had dealings with was efficient and polite. The car was delivered by a really nice man who put it on my driveway. My car was taken as part exchange. My experience with this company has been a positive one. I am loving my new car!

I Have to say from start to being handed the Keys to My Range Rover Evoque .. The Staff went above and Beyond my Expectations , With the Highest Professionalism Possible ..They made the whole Experience Worry Free and put myself and My Wife at ease , Step by Step they Explained everything to us both and Any questions or Advice we needed they sat us down and helped us .. I Can not thank Adam and Jake for everything they did for us they were a Credit to their Proffesion and A Credit to Easy Car Credit in Halifax .. just as their Company Logo name states .. It couldnt of been more EASY ... Thank You Guys Mr & Mrs Young

I’m not sure about all the reviews being poor my own experience was good . Dealt with Tee and he was approachable and kept me informed . Can’t complain. Bought a lovely car drives well. Did my own research on the cars history which tied up other what the lads told me . I would go back.

From start to finish, we had no issues. Adam was always available to help and nothing was too much trouble - especially considering we had the vehicle delivered from Halifax to South Wales!!! Would highly recommend 😁
