No trustful salesperson, I contact them about a car for 31,990 GBP salesperson to keep the price without giving me a discount told me that this car it comes with FULL SPEC. I told him ok, veryenough. When I start to question if this car has cameras etc.."FULL SPEC" Sales Person Hang up on me. When I call them back with a complaint to a "Manager" he blames a phone line. Not sure if I have even spoken to a manager at that time. With that attitude to the customer, I'm glad I haven't spend any money on this company. AVOID

Bought a car in January, numerous calls back to the company as never got RAC warranty as stated, still never materialised. MOT was done, 30 miles since the MOT, however car needed all new brake pads and discs. Service done but car started juddering took to the garage and they stated it 'doesn't look like it's had an oil change in a very long time'. Stop/start function doesn't work. Only got 1 key. Disgraceful people!!!

Hi Amy, I have the same issue with my nissan juke bought from these guys with the same exact faults, needing new breaks and discs after 4 month of MOT, needed a new service even though they said they serviced it and the garage said that my car looked like it hadnt had a serviced in years! Have you managed to get it sorted?

My car is in my local garage tomorrow as it is currently undriveable, paid for the braks back in January when I bought it as I managed to get money off the car initially. I give up ringing the garage I got it from, will get it checked over properly tomorrow hopefully theres not too many further issues with it.
Do NOT purchase a car from easy car credit! They are the worst company I have ever come across. After purchasing a car with them within 24 hours the engine light came on, broken screen washers, handbrake fault, water coolant issue, stop start fault, car begun vibrating when driven AND a broken fan belt and they refused me to bring the car back even within the 28 days of purchase. They Ignore emails, avoid calls and even hung up on me! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. A lesson learned. You would be a fool to purchase a car from them. I’m stuck with no car and no response! Avoid avoid avoid.

Everything I was promised failed to materialise un terms of verbal agreements and I left to good faith. My advice before you pay a deposit or hand money is to: Check the vehicle over thoroughly with a mechanic Make sure you double check there are 2 working keys with the vehicle as you could be in nasty surprise later Make sure you check all the paperwork including service sheet as you will be promised one but that will never materialise once you've signed or paid. Do not leave it to this dealers word to get any problems sorted as you will be ignored once they've got the sale. Ask for proof of warranty rather than wait for it after you have paid ymany money as this will be mysteriously cancelled or their will be their will be a mix up. My experience Do not trust the smiles and warm welcome as this will fade once you request help or ring customer service.. I think majority of vehicles are sold on behalf of auction houses and you will hard pressed to get a refund. This company is affiliated to motor arena halifax. The main bosses will place friendly smily warm sales reps to make you feel welcome but will not wanto know you if you report or a problem or query why you they haven't honoured their agreement since you have paid a deposit etc. Personal experience . Have been reported to trading standards and you will notice you will jot find many reviews on google reviews as they always manage to delete them. Do your research as you will have sleepless nights later.

They made lots of 'genuine' errors in their advert. The car didn't have full service history, it had none. The car wasn't HPI clear, it had two lots of outstanding finance. Only 1 key, Just avoid them. They ignore all calls once they have your money.

If you want to deal with a company who are NOT transparent in what they are selling to you then these are your people. Full price paid on a car with interior damage (not described or stared prior to sale), has been debadged poor which is not depicted in the pictures and only came with ONE car key which was not shared prior to purchase. Customer service clearly didn't care. The company are operating is an unfair and unclear manner

Complete cowboys. The worst after sales department Ive ever come across. No warranty thats promised. The fact that its an RAC approved dealership makes me doubt the RAC as they obviously don't care what theyre putting their name to as long as theyre getting custom from it. The cars aren't checked for defects and they put dodgy batteries in the cars. And if you dare to ask for a refund you'll be lucky if you ever manage to get in touch with them again!!
Hi Iv been not refunded my deposit. Please research on this company or newly been opened and after looking around the net I found same people were previously. After they have been on bbc known to sell bad cars and court cases they changed the name just 1 month ago to Easy car card it. We all need to put this on google reviews to warn new buyers who they are this needs to stop
