I purchased a 17k Audi in August 2023 from Elland Car Sales (previously know as "Elland Road Car Sales") but they under went a name change "trying" to distance themselves from previous terrible complaints and reviews. (All can be seen online) The car brokedown with major engine faults five weeks after purchase, having only driven a couple hundred miles. Bills for thousands of pounds! Eight months later of hell going back and forth (all while the car is broken!) I included our finance company, Moneybarn, broker company, Carfinance247, and the Financial Ombudsman which ruled in my favour. Elland Car Sales, attempted to fix the car. Yet failed and while so, caused damage to the paint work and alloys of the car. They show absolutely no care and attention for the car or customers and instead tell you everything is "Perfect!" ...believe me it's not! They advertise cars as FSH, they aren't, they have at best part history. They have friendly MOT centres, that "Pass" through anything with 4 wheels. I am now preparing to take them to court. AVOID THESE ## AT ALL COST! Don't just take my word, research online both Elland Road Car Sales, and Elland Car Sales. And see for yourself.

I bought a Volvo c70 from them, we had it 3 weeks and broke down 5 times recovered by RAC twice plus took to three garages for repair. Everyone advised me to return it to the dealer so I emailed them and the came and took the car. After four weeks they refunded £8000 but kept £1000 for the use of the car for 3 weeks with a text message saying if I want to waste my money going to court go ahead. They are untrustworthy and should not be recommended.
What a horrible company bought a Toyota off them and what a joke it’s been haven’t even driven it yet as there is a hole in the fuel tank and are refusing to let me return it and now won’t speak to me I will be reporting to trading standards and dvsa
not a proffessional company ,its a gamble if you buy a car from here. Also found a matchete in the wheel well of the veicle that ....scarey I bought stuff
