Other than the reverse sensors that needs looking at, everything else has been going really well. The young lad who helped me was lovely and really good to deal with. He gave me plenty of time to look over the car without any pressure and arranged a test drive. The process was easy, and they sorted everything quickly.

I’m getting on well with my Mitsubishi Mirage and am really pleased with it overall. The only issue is the parking sensor, which needs looking into. Otherwise, everything has been great. The customer service was good and there was no pushiness when it come to the sale.

I brought a Ford kuga from Essex car company. I was dealt with by Al. I was trading my car in as well. Al was very helpful he listened to what I wanted. There was a couple of defects that I was advised would be rectified. And they were. On returning to collect the car I saw Dave (he made a nice coffee). On transferring cars over and sorting out the Financial side of things Vicky dealt with it. All staff at Essex car company were very professional. I would 100% recommend Essex car Company and use them again
