I purchased a Merc CLA 180 from this dealership at the end of Jan 2023. I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before giving a review to test car fully. I very impressed by the level of service I received from Dave the sales advisor, he was very professional had a good knowledge of the vehicles, and was friendly. The car was in very good condition and the price was good as well as the part ex price offered. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family

We got a cracking deal down at Essex Car Company, the part ex was a brilliant deal.. always is, i cant lie. I have used these guys like 6 times now and I will use these guys every time its time for an upgrade. Each and every single time we have used this dealership we have been HIGHLY satisfied, no issues, highly reliable cars, highly knowledgeable staff and staff that take pride in the work they do. Every time my car's has been delivered, you best believe its on the dot. The salesman round the dealership are like no other. Absolutely second to non, you won't find this service anywhere else. I was originally dealing with James, this was a few years ago now but if your still there then James I must say thank you and I couldn't be happier with every car you have sold me. I have had a new salesman the most recent times i have purchased a veihcal but every team member is a team player and you can see these guys work brilliantly together. My wife drives the Jag F Pace more than me, it was bought more for her you see. I like the car just as much, just wish she would let me drive it more 😉 Nothing but full full marks!

I will deffo come here again. All is well with the Audi A1, its a good little car, I love driving it. It makes driving much more fun I guess. From start to finish, H the sales person was amazing. He sorted every single thing out for me, answered all my questions and kept me in the loop of things at all times. The VW Tiguan was presented beautifully, very clean and tidy. I know where I will be looking when a new car is in the pipe line.

If these guys give u a time that for will deliver a car expect them to be BANG ON. The delivery ran so smoothly, I was at work at the time, I only work a few mins down the road so they give me a call when they were 20 mins away, I went home, collected my car and that was that. Just an easy, relaxed, stress-free process. The over all experience ran just as smoothly, It couldn't of gone better to be honest. The car is cool, no issues what so ever. Would be the first place I look when in need of a motor upgrade.
