By far the best service I have ever received! From first walking through the doors, to driving away in my Mondeo they were so helpful and accommodated me throughout. I was allowed to view the car in my own time and didn't feel pressured or rushed. They were very patient with me and guided me through the purchase very well. Without a doubt I will definitely be recommending to others, they were a real pleasure to deal with!

I did have an issue to begin with, however, due to the dealership being so helpful and courteous with the problem. I cannot give them less than 5 stars for their service. As soon as I raised the issue, they were more than happy to help and got my Tiguan in the garage straight away to get it sorted. It was in and out within a day so it was a very quick turn around well! Ever since then, I have had no issues whatsoever, it has been driving perfectly. I cannot fault the guys service, they were a great help, and were great to deal with! Cheers for all the help!

Brilliant from start to finish! The salesman I had provided really good service and was very accommodating throughout, he showed me around the car well, and made me feel really welcome at their site. I decided to go with a Mercedes C Class, and wow I am impressed. It is a gorgeous car and drives beautifully. I highly recommend!

I have had no faults or issues ever since buying my EcoSport from Essex Car Company! It drives seamlessly and is very comfortable on the roads.
