Disappointed advised different costs given by different staff for parts! obviously more expensive than other garages but to be 100% more expensive can not be right! Labour charge £144 an hour, I do hope the mechanics are actually getting this, I doubt it! Not a place I could trust or would return to. Independent garage for us from now on.

The salesman was excellent. Thoughtful, kind and listened to everything we asked for. Knowledgeable and informative.

Called in a few days ago to look at a Hyundai Kona. The two young salesman basically didn’t want to know and clearly weren’t interested and in fact one of them started criticising my partners current car! When we eventually spoke to an older salesman he seemed very reluctant to show us any vehicles or hand over any keys so we could see inside a vehicle. We left after 10 to 15 minutes. We then went to Hyundai in Wakefield and had a complete opposite experience. I know where I will be buying my next car from and it won’t be form Hyundai in Leeds ,

I recently purchased a hyundai kona from Leeds and Kristian was excellent explained everything I wanted to know about different models etc he's a credit to the company.

Amazing service by John , I had a car on order at MG this was ordered end of November I had zero communication ,sold my car ready for Monday pick up to only be told the car had not been manufactured. I rang Hyundai and John informed me he had three cars in stock . I rang MG and cancelled the order and proceeded with Hyundai, this was Wednesday and a Tuesday pick up was booked instantly. I went to look at the car Thursday and unfortunately my husbands car failed it’s MOT so we was without a car so I asked the question to Jordan the branch Manager if there was a possibility of an earlier pick up , I was thinking at a push a day early but he replied how about tomorrow. So from ordering on Wednesday I had the car 2 days later . Thank you so much John and Jordan I couldn’t thank you enough for the service I have received!
