Well what can I say ! Absolutely so pleased with Evans halshaw Nottingham, I made an appointment with Alan prior who was very friendly and understanding, I was in desperate need of a new car as mine was on its last legs, I went in on Monday morning during the Christmas period chose the car I wanted, Alan went above & beyond to have the car driven from Leeds by himself the next morning, Tuesday Evening I picked up my car, I can't thank him enough for that. This is my 4th car I've bought from these guys at Nottingham I recommend them 100%. Thankyou guys.

Waited one hour in the waiting area before I decided to leave. The staff didn't even bother to offer to show me the car I had rang and enquired about earlier in the day. The couple who arrived after me left the waiting area after 1/2 hour as they too were tired of waiting. Not a dealership I would recommend.

They tell you you have to take a £99 admin fee out which you don't I managed to get my money back. The sales team are very pushy to get you to take it

I used to take my car to the Chilwell branch so this is the first time I've visited the Evans Halshaw Nottingham branch since buying my corsa from them 6 years ago. I have been extremely impressed by the friendliness of the service team, but it is actually because of the fantastic way I have been treated by Tom bailey that I am submitting this review. He is such an asset to Evans Hallshaw! He is so warm, friendly and genuine. I needed to phone to change my appointment time yesterday and was extremely impressed by how friendly and accommodating he was then. And when I went to his desk today, he introduced himself as the person I had spoken the day before. Occasionally I have sensed an aloofness from the Chilwell service advisors, so Tom's attitude and personality has been an extremely welcome experience. He has been so open and welcoming and has really made me feel like a valued customer. He really is an exemplar of excellent customer service and I hope his good work and sincere regard for his customers is acknowledged by management.

I have just parked up at vauxhall carpark to be greeted by the service manager at Evans Halshaw Nottingham. Vauxhall have a new procedure of meet and greet as you turn up for the Vechicle booking. What great idea, as he documented issues with a car inspection on arrival. Got to be the way forward and very impressed. May it continue. Thanks Darryl

When you’re purchasing a car, the staff at Evans Halshaw Vauxhall Nottingham cannot do enough for you. Once you’ve purchased the car, it all goes downhill very fast! I pay for a service plan with my vehicle, it isn’t cheap mind but I’ve dealt with such things as my car being returned to me damaged, Sales Advisors feel it acceptable to speak to you in a demeaning manner, reminders for important things such as first MOT not sent out so you’re driving your car illegally - definitely getting what I pay for aren’t I?!
