Excellent service from Evans Halshaw Wrexham. It was time to change my Ford EcoSport that was coming up to 3 years old and not knowing where to start due to Covid Pandemic and lockdowns, I need not have worried as Steph Williams was on hand to provide all the information I needed to change my car and keep me fully informed throughout the process. Despite difficult times they offered a professional and friendly service in a safe environment. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and return in the future.

This garage and Evans Halshaw as a company are rubbish! I’m sure a lot of these reviews you see are fake! Paid £65 diagnostic charge to find out what was wrong with my car which is under 3 years old for them to tell me there’s nothing wrong with the car! Took it to M53 Ford they sorted all the problems out free of charge as you would expect for a car under 3 years old. The lady on the reception in m53 ford new what the faults were and the ‘ford trained technicians’ in Wrexham didn’t know! How embarrassing! Don’t go to Evans Halshaw Wrexham and Cheater are just as bad! Go anywhere else just not to these cow boys who rip you off!

Purchased a nissan qashqai from evans halshaw ford in wrexham in feb 2019 , From picking the car up and making our way home it was obvious there was a fault with the steering . After numerous phone calls and inspections they would not recognise a fault . Eventually they agreed to repair the car Problem still not rectified . Final diagnosis from greenhous shrewsbury confirming steering fault not rectified. At this point we had had enough of the bad service at evans halshaw , Credit card company gave us our money back . Do believe that evans halshaw should been held responsible.

Evans Halshaw Ford in Wrexham don't know you are arriving for an appointment booked (by them), don't reply your phone calls or even a letter. Copy of that letter also sent to their head office - again no reply. They just don't care
