Bought a car from this unscrupulous dealer. They told me the car had been serviced and of course it had not been serviced as I was promised. On the way back home after 5 miles the oil light came on. I checked the car there was no oil in the engine !! I put some oil in and barely made it one the light coming on and off, I was glad when I finally made it home in the cold. The next morning I had to start the car as I was told by the dealer to bring it back for repair, the engine jammed and I had to recover the car to the dealer by Green Flag. I wasted a whole day at the dealers waiting for my refund and they refused to pay for my diesel. Avoid this dealer at all cost.

Avoid if you want a reliable car with decent service. I bought a car At the beginning of Jan 2017. The test drive was very rushed. The salesman smashed the door when opening to get of of the car, clearly not giving any sort of car to the cars. The cars at the dealership were clearly not looked after well, with most cars kissing the boot of the car in front. When I inspected the car, the boot was left unshut, exposed to the wet weather. The function the boot button didn't work properly. The guy told me the only way was to press the button on the key. This was a lie. On delivery, the car had a bolt missing from its wheel, and algae grown on the roof. Immediately after purchase, the boot would randomly unlock as I set off and when I reported it to the dealers they were so flakey, not wanting to claim responsibility to fix it. Having been asked to drive 23 miles back there, their "local" mechanic had me waiting for the best part of 2 hours before turning up, despite the fact that I gave them a heads up 1 hour before my ETA. The mechanic had a brief look and afterwards they agreed to have the parts ordered online and sent me to me via post so I can get it fixed at my local garage and send them an invoice for labour cost. 2 weeks later, after multiple phone calls to the dealers, I'm still waiting and they are "looking in to it".

I have just got back from buying a car from this dealer, who are apparently an assured dealer through car finance 24/7. 10 minutes down the road and warning lights were coming up all over the place. Rang them straight away and they said just get a garage to fix it and send them the bill. We couldn't turn around as I had to do a school run. So on we went onto a busy motorway (M25) thick smoke coming from the bonnet. I honestly thought it was going to blow. Now these guys knew we had 2 young children with us, thank god we are all home safe! Now to see if he'll send the money back to finance for the car 😠 I am so angry.

This dealer sold us a car which after a few days was making a loud noise I took it to a local garage where they picked out several problems injector blowing oil in the engine, wheel bearing and washer was broken not working at all. I phoned the garage to be told our garage is a liar I insisted on bringing the car back and we arrived at his garage where they asked us to let them repair it. After two days we got the car back a complete path job. After this they insisted no problems with the car even though it was obvious with the same problems we were refused a refund even though the consumers rights act 2015 states what rights you have. So we have a broken car can't be driven and no money back until we see them in court. Trading standards have been contacted and are assisting us with this. Please beware this has been going on since December 2016. Stay clear go somewhere reliable who have business standards and customer focus these Men will scam you. We will get every penny in court.

I drove from Basingstoke for a car here and it was well worth it. The owner(s) were fantastic - helpful, knowledgeable, polite and couldn't do enough for us. We drove up with 2 kids under 7 and they were lovely to them. The car I bought from them today is lovely, very pleased. All I can say is any car can break down at any time, I've known people break down in a brand new car so people giving bad reviews need to remember that. I speak as I find and I found this an excellent experience. Thank you.

i support Lily. This dealer is absolutely unprofessional and knows nothing about customer service and he is absolute dodgy in my opinion. If you go for this dealer, believe me you are absolutely taking a risk.
