he guys were very friendly helpful and kept everything professional.vehicle was pretty much as described and showed in the pictures.the sale was dealt quickly and efficiently and everything was explained well too. highly recommended

Fengate Motors is very unprofessional and sell faulty cars. We bought a car from them with a major fault and were not refunded. We called them after a few days of using the car, telling them the car doesn't seem right. They ignored our worries and said there cannot be anything wrong with it, The owner was quite rude, making out I do not know anything about cars and dismissing. Then they would wait for the car to be out of guarantee time (which was only a month by the way) to offer to see the car but they also said they will not pay for the repairs or give our money back or replace the car. All correspondence after was ignored. The car had to be scrapped.

Please do not buy any car from these idiots. They are dodgy and never trust the mileage on their cars. Buy off reputable English people. I am Asian. Very dishonest and untrustworthy. Their cars are not what they seem. If you know about cars then you will know what I am talking about

Never rely on a fsh with these it might say it but don’t believe it check out the mileage yourself

Single mother walking into a garage can always be terrifying, especially when you know not a lot about a car. Spoke to the chap in reception and he showed me around several cars, test drove 3 and ended up buying the 1 I liked. Did have a minor issue with the engine light showing up on the car a few weeks down the line, but they picked the car up and had it sorted same day and stopped the car back. Refreshing to see they didn’t take advantage of my single parent naivety, but gave the best possible assistance. Thank you guys. I have recommended you to my neighbour who is looking for a first car for her sun who is due to take his test soon.

Absolutely first class service from everyone at Fengate Motors, wonderful vehicle (Nissan Navara) very pleasant and professional staff to do business with. Arranging the test drive and then the actual event was so straight forward, the truck was exactly as described and in wonderful condition. Collecting the truck couldn't have been any easier and the team were able to explain the intricacies of the new system for that pesky road tax! Had cause to use their after sales service and this was to the same high standard as their core business. Will be definitely keeping an eye of their stock for when we change my good ladies car.
