Guy is a totally not trustworthy and using a main dealer logo as his own - pathetic, went to a view a car with my mechanic and he could tell by looking under the bonnet various faults and parts needing replace also pointed out to me panels that didn't quite run right with a poor job done on making the headlight fit, shocking!!!

Hi there, first of all this person is a rouge trader just purchased a car from them £15000, yes £15000 only drove car from Edinburgh to Dundee to find out that the car was burning oil in engine Phones warranty to be told my engine needs to be taken out. Upon further investigation mechanic says turbo is using the oil and car also needs piston and rings and because the car only had silver warranty that only cover up to £500. Its a diagrace that people can get away with this Please please do not buy a car from herę as the owner is very rude and does not help you in any way at all and only wants your money certainly doesent not respect his customers. I will be writing to Trading Standards and will be informing the Edinburgh newspapers. VERY UPSET CUSTOMER

Firstly, great customer service. Staff very easy to deal with and great knowledge of cars. My transaction was easy and pleasurable and very professional. The car itself was immaculate and I'm certainly delighted with the car and whole experience. Of course I would recommend. I feel sorry that some people are so negative at times. BMW 3 Series Saloon My first BMW and it certainly lives up to the hype. I have the optional adaptive suspension and auto gearbox which results in a creamy smooth drive which can be either extremely relaxing or exhilarating depending on how you wish to drive it. I regularly drive this car on long motorway drives and the average mpg I am getting is 68.9mpg. It is comfortable and quiet and when needed it can accelerate well in 6th gear.Overall i am very pleased with this car and the hospitality and service First Cars Direct greeted me with was exemplary . Just had a great experience dealing with First Cars Direct Edinburgh. Staff were very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The car I bought was of an excellent standard for a used car and pristine clean inside and out.
