We have gotten to know David and Guy well over the years and can't thank them enough for everything they have done. We are over moon with our Evoque, it is another quality car to add to the list!

I am finding it hard to describe my experience with Les Rayner's... to put it simply there was no bother! I buy lots of cars so I do have lots to compare against and Les Rayner's are up there with the top in my book! The Octavia is doing perfectly well. For all these reasons I would rate five stars.

The customer service was great and had a couple of little issues which were quickly resolved. I would rate it as a 5. I felt zero pressure. I think it was Dave who I dealt with and he was relaxed did not put me under any pressure or tried to sell me anything I didn't want which was always a fear when going to a car garage as it was my first car I have bought. I will definitely use you guys again for my next car.
