I am Really happy with my MG from Frasers of Falkirk. I have had it for a few months now and it been in a couple of times for minor repairs but they have handled them very well. All of the staff were very accommodating and helpful and I would happily recommend Frasers of Falkirk to anyone!!!

I am very pleased with my Vauxhall insignia from Frasers of Falkirk. It in top condition and since i bought it in January, I have had no issues with it at all. The dealers were really helpful and friendly and this is actually my second car from them. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.

Car broke down twice in two months,warranty the deeper you look at it ,the thinner it gets.Make sure you have recovery because warranty doesn't cover that.Frasers weren't very helpful when my mechanic phoned them about warranty,result I'm 266 pounds lighter after starter motor failed.Executive salesman at Frasers I'm still waiting on phone call regarding spare key,that's only four weeks now.Poor after sales ,the overall check on the condition of car was poor in engine compartment as was pointed out when getting starter motor fixed.You have the money I have the car,goodbye.I certainly would not go back to Frasers of Falkirk myself and would not recommend them to any of my family or friends.

In July I went to Frasers of Falkirk and purchased a BMW X1. The car was very clean and in really good condition and matched it's online description exactly. The dealers have been really helpful and knowledgeable and I have had no issues with the car what so ever. I am really happy with the car, its really good value for money and I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Perfect service all around! John was very helpful and really knowledgeable! The car was in really good condition apart from a small crack in the near left indicator but this was fixed as soon as possible. Everything was brilliant and I would certainly recommend.

Frasers of Falkirk were good, the service was very unobtrusive but the staff were there if I needed them. There was plenty to choose from which made it hard to make up my mind but I'd rather have too much choice than not enough. Since the sale the car hasn't let me down once and I'm happy with the outcome.

Overall everything went well at Frasers of Falkirk, there was quite a big mix up with paperwork which delayed the process but the car is has been excellent and to me that's the important part.

Yes it all went ok from a service side pre sale, Has broken down since which they did sort soon and other faults they have sorted. A few things we asked of them they failed to do so we gave up on them. The gentlemen who served us was really new and little knowledge. Big problem is they were very slow in getting back to us, this has made me not want to go back and have had better service from other dealers. We will be looking to have to change our car again. Disappointed with the car and the service from Frasers of Falkirk
