luckily GH Motors aftercare was good. Things went wrong on the car so I was annoyed. However everything got sorted in the end. although it was a hassle it could of ended worse.

Awful. Avoid at all costs! Went to look at a car. Had no MOT or service. Noticed a problem with the clutch pedal. They agreed to fix it all and said to come back to collect the following week. Left a deposit to secure the car. Due to personal circumstances out of our control we had to cancel the transaction. Emailed x4 times and caller non stop but the person I needed to speak to was "busy". I was told we would not be getting our deposit back as they had to carry out work on the car. When I suggested they would have had to do the work anyway the response was "well no because someone else would not have picked it up it had a clutch problem!!".

Hello Donna, just replying to your review, the reason we did not refund your deposit was actually that you authorized quite a lot of work above and beyond what we would normally carry out on the vehicle and then you changed your mind regarding the purchase, thus leaving us out of pocket, this was explained to you and we thought you understood, sorry you felt you had to leave this negative review, but please if you ever need another car, give us a chance to help smooth out any past problems, Kind regards GH.

They sold me a car with a full service which no service had been done i then returned the car to have the service done and a noise fixed i left it with them for a week. I it up and no work had been done to the car they then told me that they couldn't here any noise coming from the engine even though i recorded videos for them they then told me they wouldn't do a service but they would buy the parts and i would have to pay the labour and they point blank refused to fix the fan belt tensioner so all in after paying almost £11,000 for my car i then had to pay out almost £400 to get the service and the belt problem fixed. Also the owner of the company will tell you he is just part of the sales team and will always say the owner is not in. Don't trust them and buy from some where else. I've only put a star because i had to -5stars in my eyes

Found the staff to be rude, and uncooperative to be untrustworthy. Not a happy customer. I called G H Motors to ask about the car i bought if its in a good condition , if the battery its good condition etc. But this man who i spoke to really rude saying dont understand what im saying or maybe just trying to avoid me! I felt uncomfortable as a woman dealing with this men.

I am happy with how everything went when I bought my Vauxhall Insignia from G H Motors. There were lots of cars to choose from and they were happy to let you test drive any of them. I bought a Vauxhall Insignia and I am really happy with it and I have had no major issues with it. I would happily recommend G H Motors to anyone.

Was going to buy a car from G H Motors went to view was originally told it needed a coolant sensor then to turn up and be told waiting for parts for the turbo. Also car not advertised did not have cruise control as stated in advert or 12 months mot also damage to trim inside the car and scuffs of both bumpers glad the finance company had not paid for the car and we have found a better one for same price.

I bought a VW Touareg in September and since then I have had no serious issues with it. It was clean and in very good condition when I received it and It was a very good price. I am really pleased and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
