I was in the market for a new Ford Transit and came across G L Commercials online, where they had a Ford Transit in excellent condition that caught my eye. I decided to visit the dealership to inspect it in person, and I was pleased to find that the van matched the detailed description and photos from the online advertisement perfectly. The salespeople at G.L. Commercials were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, providing valuable insights and answering all my questions thoroughly. Their approach was refreshing, as there was no pressure or rush during the entire process. What stood out the most was their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and make the purchasing experience smooth and enjoyable. From arranging the test drive to finalising the paperwork, everything was handled efficiently and professionally.

Bought a car from these guys before and it is was a great motor so I decided to come back for my Vauxhall Combo. So far it is all going well and it is working out nicely for us. They are great guys and the young lad that sold us the van was quite funny, he tried to give the smooth banter, bless him. He was trying hard to help the whole time though and was finding any information we needed if he didn't have the answer straight away. Everyone there is really friendly and helpful though. I am happy with the product and they are really nice guys. I got the sense that if I had any further queries they would have been happy to help. As a rule, people are mostly loyal to price not people but they stood out to me as being good people so that is why I went back to them and will continue to go back to them. I just felt they gave us the time we needed and would listen to any concerns if I had them.

Our Ford Transit has really done us proud with how it has held up. It is just brilliant and the guys at G L Commercials very much gave us that good level of customer service we expect. It was all good all round really. Top marks from us!

I cannot recommend GL commercials as my experience has been appalling. I was sold a car which had electrical issues from day one and GL were very reluctant to solve the issue of the battery being flat every Monday. After many months of numerous calls and emails to Maggie, GL did change my battery but unfortunately this did not resolve the issue. After speaking to a mechanic he told me that there is a drain somewhere on my vehicle which was obviously present at the point of sale as they put a new battery on before the sale. I have informed GL of this and they are now ignoring all my calls and emails. I have been informed that Gavin Lancaster will be in touch with me but needless to say he has not 9 days later. GL seem to be implying to me that as the sale of the car was quite some time ago now it's not their responsibility, but under the Sales of Goods/ Consumer Rights act this is an ongoing issue from day 1, plus the fault was originally advised to GL within the 6 month warranty. I would never recommend GL commercial and have given them more than enough time to rectify the issue and the car continues to require a jump start every Monday morning. For reference the car was purchased July 2023 and this is still ongoing nearly a year later.

Over the moon with my Vauxhall Vivaro! I am very grateful to the guys at G L Commercials for how they looked after me. I never know where to get a van from but it was clear from day 1 I was in the right place. They were very welcoming, there was no pressure to buy, I genuinely couldn't ask for more. If I ever win the lottery I will be back for another 😂

These guys are upfront and honest, everything is just straightforward with them. They looked after me well and had good customer service. They kept me updated at all stages and always had quick responses. I would definitely go back to them in the future. I am grateful that my friend recommended them as it definitely paid off.

I had been looking in a few places for a new van but I wasn't treated well so I was starting to give up hope. When I came to G l Commercials I wasn't really expecting much from them based on my previous experiences but I was glad to find that they were completely different. It was like a breath of fresh air. They were friendly and professional, happy to help with anything I asked of them. They always got back to me very quickly when I had queries and questions. My Peugeot Partner is running really well and I am very pleased with it. I have already recommended them to my colleague to get a van.

This is the second van I have got from G L Commercials as not only are they local(ish) to us, they always give us a good experience which makes us want to keep going back. The customer service is spot on, they are friendly and happy to help. It is all an easy process really. My Ford Transit Courier is working out well and is just good all round.

My Ford Transit Custom is perfect! It is really good and is suiting my needs. It is doing exactly what it needs to do for my air conditioning and refrigeration business. I saw it on Autotrader initially then went to their website and it all looked good so I went down and had a chat with them. They were brilliant and I have recommended them already. I would use them time and time again whenever I need a van. They made me feel welcome got me everything I needed.

My previous van was great for towing my trailer but it wasn't quite big enough to fit everything in that I needed for work so I figured it was probably time I got a bigger van. My Ford Transit is the perfect addition, it is a lot bigger than the other van so I use it for transporting my equipment but I can still use my old one for towing so I have the best of both worlds. I saw the van online and G L Commercials got it all delivered for me. I was really happy with the price given it was delivered. The only thing I would have like was for them to keep me updated a bit more but the van was delivered on time and they followed through on any promises so I don't mind too much. It certainly wouldn't stop me using them again.
