I’ve recently purchased a Jaguar F Pace SVR from GC Motor and of the many cars I’ve purchased previously, the whole Dealer experience was up there with the best. From the initial contact, questions & queries, through to the new car handover, communications with Gareth were friendly, comprehensive, and efficient. I was given a good price for the car I part exchanged with the offer strongly based on condition and history, unlike the generic database guide price which I’d been offered from other dealers. A thoroughly professional service – They will be top of my list when looking for my next car!

I have just purchased an F Type and it’s the best service and buying experience I have experienced from a dealer (including when I’ve purchased brand new cars!) From the first interaction with Gareth, he gave me confidence, was polite, patient and very responsive. When you buy a second-hand car, you are often concerned about the condition, its history, its preparation and how transparent the salesperson is. Gareth answered every question I had on the vehicle and was fully transparent about every aspect of the car which gave me confidence I was dealing with an honest and knowledgeable individual, and a car dealership that really cared about the quality of their vehicles and the customer experience. The car was delivered to me exactly as described and it was obvious the vehicle had been prepared in a high standard. I would highly recommend GC motors for anyone looking for a quality vehicle from a quality retailer and they will be my first port of call when I’m back in the market.

Absolutely phenomenal service, nothing like any other dealership I have experienced. I usually dread dealing with car sales people, but Gareth from GC Motors was a genuine chap, who just talked to me on a level, none of the normal car sales techniques just honesty and full transparency. GC is 3 hours away from me but it is well worth the travel just to deal with professional and polite people. Thanks GC Motors, will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

Having been on the hunt for around a year for a specific car, GC motors had the one I wanted and I was determined to get it, I live a 3.5hour drive from the showroom so not an easy feat to just pop in for an afternoon to see it’s all in order (it was better than ‘in order’, all the cars on show were immaculate, some truly stunning vehicles) My initial chats began with Ben Russell, who, by all accounts is a credit to the GC Brand and to himself. A thoroughly lovely lad with a wealth of experience, honest, trustworthy and a genuine sense that I was the only customer for him and he wanted the best for me. Ben couldn’t have been more accommodating if he tried, he kept me informed with everything that was happening and was patient with my work schedules and hectic life of a 20month old running riot (he loves the new car too). I could go on for days about how positive my experience was with Ben and the GC brand, I spent around 2 hours on collection just chatting away with Ben, felt like I’d known him for years by the end of it! I will certainly be looking to GC and Ben again for when the time comes to change car and I fully understand why their return customer rate and reviews are so high! Ben, thanks again for everything to get me my dream car, dealing with you was an absolute pleasure and I had a smile for the whole 3 and a half hour drive home!
