GCS Car Sales sold me a vehicle that had a damaged engine telling me that it was a minor issue and that it would be fixed in their service. After it was collected it was full of faults, and when I went back he told me his mechanic was a way and I should come back in a week, he kept doing this for over 4 months after which he told me it was me that broke the engine, after this I took the vehicle to a mechanic they told me the vehicle was clocked back and has serious engine problems since a long time ago and would cost £3000 to fix. The owner of the company and manager is the one that directly lied to me and feels like he scammed me out of £15,000 for a worthless car. The car that was sold to me I was advised would have been best scrapped. Stay away from this dealer.

I'm over the moon with my new BMW it's the best car I've had. The whole sale couldn't of gone any smoother and all the staff were really lovely. I'd happily recommend them.

Apparently the car had been MOT'd yet I had the engine management light come on before I even got home, I also had problems with the brakes and after numerous trips at my own personal expense back to the dealer the car still doesn't feel right, I definitely question the validity of the MOT (which they do themselves on site). The advertised mileage was also wrong, I would encourage others to go elsewhere they certainly aren't trustworthy.

I've bought from this dealership before so as I hadn't had any problems with my previous car and it's been the same again this time round, the bloke is nice and knows enough to sell the cars and they all seem to be in good condition. I would recommend them if asked.

Very good service, GCS Car Sales are top rated by me. Had a few bits and pieces that needed doing like polishing etc which they sorted it without any problem and even did some extra work to make sure the car was perfect. I am a very happy previous customer of GCS Car Sales.
