I bought Vclass 2018 model I am very happy and I got the best deals I will give 5 star and will recommend for everyone, because GCS is the best also i travelled long way from Scotland and I am very happy will buy again if in future

Paid GCS Car Sales in full and gave notice of collection as I was travelling 400 miles round trip. Got there car hadn't been touched, dirty inside and out. Valeted whilst I waited 45 minutes. Then they cant do the tax.....so I had to and they let me take the car untaxed on the road!! Then I realise I am driving on reserve fuel…… so filled her up. Arrived home, there was no Vehicle Owners manual so I called - they posted that and guess what - I am expected to pay for postage £17 if I want it from the post office - But it doesn't stop there. The amber engine light comes on with a so I phone and of course no one is available - so I email a prewritten Consumer Rights letter to revoke my 30 day fit for purpose and to fix the car or refund me - I then get a call Idris tells me that "I am an angry man" and said phone Mercedes road side assistance because the car was under 3 years old and under warranty. Great sales from Sam but after sales is the worse I have ever come across . Painful to deal with and will never again. GCS Car Sales do not care once they have sold the car imo.

Bought the car last Nov. 2018 from GCS Car Sales. When i came to view the car there was whole family was screaming angry and complain about them, so from that start im a bit scared already but i just ignore it. This guy Adam pretent to be nice person and full of promises and when u have complain keep saying i will ask the Director. Long story short, dont trust GCS if u wish not to regret. Bought from them Mercedes CLS 2014 last Oct 30th 2018 on finance £16k the worst experience had this people car was actully been in serious accident involve and car has been repair with very basic paint very non professional which came off and dint was noticeable when i ask Adam why is it looks not right the paint he said its just a dirty and it will go after wash. i asked him is this been in the repair He said NO. The car with their promise for full service has been done from the house not a proper garage . they mentioned its full service and all. But today i found it from Mercedes Dealer and they show me how bad was all the filers and oil was not been done since the car was new. causing need to replace even some of the sensor. my car Warranty dont accept the service as there is no name the garagae not even mention what miliage the car was no VAT receipt it means all was fake full service. i cannot finished this review as so depressing and stressing me how bad this GCS company in london, Mercedes dealer just called me for more problem. Avoide GCS so that u wont regret at the end. and by the way i did a review when i get the car and forced me to do it in front of them and wright nice review...

Alex was very polite and helpful as well as all the other staff. Would recommend. Great customer service. The car was in good condition. There was one minor problem which they were very helpful in sorting out and was done straight away.
