I was initially going to leave a very positive review. However, looking back on the whole experience it seemed they were very lapse with offering information about the car - every couple of days there would be something else they hadn’t told me initially (scratches etc...) - also no negotiation on the price. Once agreed, on the actual day of picking the car up, I was informed there would be an “admin fee” - the real concern on this, is that he asked for it in “cash only” (£295) - I told them I’d already paid such a fee with the finance company - he then said, “oh ok, leave it then”. This is a scam (I feel) and is simply to line the salesperson’s own pocket! This actually left me seething, but unfortunately I needed the car for work the next week, otherwise I’d have killed the deal there and then just on principle. DO NOT PAY THE ADMIN FEE!
