I have purchased my last 2 cars from George Rhodes & Sons. And my partners car also. The sale and after sales service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this garage.

Morning Peter W, I am very sorry to hear that you experienced problems after your oil change in 2015. We appreciate your honest feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our service department. I have spoken to Suzuki to order you a replacement sump cover plate to replace the missing one, however they have advised that this part doesn't exist. They have a plastic under tray which I believe could be the part in question. If you could call in at the garage I will gladly get one of the Technicians to have a look and we can order the part as required. Many Thanks Jacob Rhodes Sales Manager
I travelled over an hour to see a c4 picasso only to find the wing mirror taped on with pvc tape, the car was put out front with the engine running but needed to be lubed to stop the screech from the fan belt. I test drove the car priced at 4000 and i found it to have a strange pattern behind the dashscreen but hey, it is a used vehicle I thought so I offered Dan the salesman 3800 cos the mirror would cost upto 200 to replace as it was not a pretty site. He refused to deal at all stating that it was already earmarked for a family friend. He called the next day and offered two options. 1. £3850 as is or £3950 with a fixed mirror, He asked if I would deal at any of these offers and I said yes and I would contact my wife then call back to place a deposit on the offer she chose from those 2 offers. I rang back, card in hand, to... Sorry but my manager just sold it! So with a company like that and, as I've been told, a measly 1 month warranty I had a lucky escape.!

I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the condition of the Citroen C4 Picasso that you came to view late last year however, as the Citroen had only just come into stock it hadn't yet been through our Approved Used Multi-point check and was therefore not in the condition we would normally display to potential Customers. We pride ourselves on both, the condition and mechanical running of all our used vehicles. No complaints at all! I purchased a Nissan Qashqai in July. The whole experience was pleasant from start to finish and the car is fantastic value for money. The dealers were very helpful and knowledgeable and able to answer any questions and I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family

I bought a BMW from this dealership back in July. The car was really nice and clean and in good condition and the dealers were knowledgeable and helpful. The car had done a couple of thousand miles more than was originally advertised and I had an issue with one of the dust caps being stuck and had to go to a local garage to get a new one put on but other than that everything's been great. No major issues and I am happy with the car and the value for money. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
