Absolutely disgusting attitude from a father and son both of them are. Very arrogant they tell lies to make you buy a car then say they haven’t said it both horrible people and all the CK hairdressers are own by him Charles kelly from Houston !!! Keep clear please spend your money else where that knows about customer service
We were looking for an ideal first car after our daughter passed her test recently. After seeing a Toyota Yaris 1.0ltr, we arranged to meet Charles at his home to view it. The car was presented immaculately despite being an 08 plate, Charles was an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional and extremely helpful. He was genuinely interested in our satisfaction more than the sale and this, we found, was extremely refreshing for a car dealer. Needless to say, no hesitation in recommending 'Germarques' to friends and family and my 17 year old son has his sights firmly on this business for his first car also once he passes his test.

I purchased a honda crv from germarques houston, and owner charles kept to his word about trade in vehicle i had about price he would give me against purchase of honda crv,it was a pleasure doing business with charles who is a pure gentleman, and is very professional in the way he does business with you, i can highly reccommend germarques dealership for buying a quality car from the process was superb from start to end.

I couldn't have had a better car buying experience with Germarques. I purchased a Seat Exeo from them in August. It was in perfect condition and I definitely couldn't have got one any cheaper. The dealers were so helpful and friendly and I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Purchased a Saab from Germarques and am delighted with the vehicle. Charles is a gentleman and clearly genuinely cares about the customer experience. Had one small issue which was attended to promptly without any fuss. Would most definitely recommend to anyone seeking a quality used car.
