Last month visited Glasshouse Car Sales at Anwick, about 3.00pm on a Sunday afternoon. Warren was busy at the time so asked another chap to bring the car we were interested in to the front of the showroom. Warren was great, not pushy in any way, just helpful and seemed okay that it was now after 4.00pm and really should have been on his way home to his family. He went through all the options available to us and took his time explaining all the ‘ins and outs’. We left with the vehicle that afternoon and are exceptionally happy with it. As a woman I normally feel that I am being patronised by car salesmen, but Warren was smashing, he regarded me as though I actually knew something about cars and not just going to drive it. I can’t praise the after sales service enough, queries answered and returned calls promptly. When we need another car we will certainly contact Warren at Glasshouse Car Sales. The easiest car sale I have ever dealt with.Warren and his staff at Glasshouse Car Sales are very respectful and very helpful,I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.

Purchased a car last August. Good reviews on the web so went ahead. Travelled half way across the country to collect the car and the alloys on it we're absolutely chewed to bits. On the phone they stated that there a little worn. Within 1 weeks my gasket went on the car they were fine about this and paid up under the warranty. The problems kept coming so I put the car in for a full check at my local garage. Turns out this garage doesn't properly service a car. They plugs were disgraceful, my oil filter had been bodged on, the sensor went on my rear wheel, oil came out looking like tar. This garage is a disgrace to say the least and after my first repair under the warranty they were rude and dismissive. I would have honestly got a better deal buying private I paid 4000 for my car, I have spent 2400 since keeping it on the road.
