Great great service from all the team. I viewed quite a number of cars before making the decision of purchasing, but the stock at golden motors sells it's self, well done for the presentation and well maintained cars. Enjoying my first fiat 500 and my finance process was the simplest yet in comparison to other companies. I received all the required information and all my questions answered, and to top it all I received a complimentary car service. It's reassuring to still find car dealers that value customer satisfaction and go above and beyond.

Bought my son’s 1st car with money I had saved for him since he was born. Had various issues with it since we’d bought it and spent a fair amount of money on it. Trying to sell it only to be told it is a CAT U vehicle, so massively devalued. Called to question this and just got yelled at that we should have checked, which we did and it didn’t show up and they didn’t tell us! Shame on you dishonest people!

It's my daughters 1st car and I simply asked for a reliable car with a healthy track record, which Jo was able to provide. To give me further peace of mind he offered us a free oil service before collecting the car. I can definitely say the car is in great working order and my daughter really happy. I was recommended golden motors by a family friend. A big thank you to Joe he certainly is a car enthusiast. Buying a used car is stressful but they really made it an enjoyable and relaxed experience. I have 2 kids and really needed a knowledgeable approach with what car to go with including the safety features and size. I went for a wonderful Audi Q3 the car was already prepped for the road ready to drive off. Joe was patient throughout the process and actually took the time to teach me how to use the tech side. My overall experience with Golden Motors has been fantastic and will pass on the recommendation.

I bought a c class in oct 21they deliver in the evening they said is got warranty but was lying..had problems with nox sensors after 3 mounts..t bonne arm noisy .they don't wann now anything..they said to put some wd40..never again to the small dealer like that

I bought Nissan qashqai from this people they sold me car with engine problem car needs new engine they don’t want to know they refused to repair it I paid £12000 for car they trying to be nice with you when you buy from them but when you tell them issues they don’t want to know so guys my advice to you all don’t go to them they are professional cheaters and dodge motor company

I advise do not use this car dealership! They are frauds and cons! They sold me a car with a faulty engine and tried to keep on passing the buck!!! Jo in particular tries to talk circles around people and forward them to the warrenty who offer no help at all! Please goto a reputable company as this company is truly run by cowboys and is no good!
