I purchased a mini Clubman a few months ago from Greenacre Cars, as soon as I collected the car I gave it a good run out, a good 2 hour drive. It was perfect, drove brilliantly and really nice to be in. Not long after, I noticed a couple of minor issues with the car, I contacted the dealer and they got it sorted for me, due to the distance it took a little longer than expected, but very happy with results, the work was carried out, and the car is perfect now, running and driving very well! The customer service at sale was great, really helpful and friendly salesmen.

Upon the car search, I came across many cars I liked, I spoke to various dealers but the Audi A3 I found at Greenacre, was by far the best condition and lowest mileage, and when I contacted the dealer I got a great feeling about it - they were very on the ball, informative, so helpful. They sent me video's and further pictures to get a good understanding of the car, the video's were very detailed and thorough explanations of the car and functions. We spoke for a few days and then arranged to view the car, when we arrived, the salesman gave us the keys and left us to it. We was looking around the car for probably half hour before they approached us - and even then it was to see if we had any questions. There was no hard selling, the salesman said, if this one isn't right for you, we can keep a look out for something else. No pressure what so ever. We travelled about 3 hours from Plymouth to Swindon, and I will 100% do the travel again to buy from Greenacre Cars in the future. The customer service was phenomenal, absolutely outstanding, they went above and beyond on more than 1 occasion and made us feel very welcomed and valued. The car is a dream, over the moon with it, its a lovely motor and no issues what so ever, I'm massively impressed. We got a very fair price for our trade in, I was shocked they offered what they did, but very happy with it. The whole experience was enjoyable, exciting and we got a great purchase out of it. I highly recommend this dealer, if you're looking for amazing customer service and a very wide range of quality vehicles! (I purchased my car in 2020 before the lockdown restrictions were in place)

From the first initial contact with Greenacre cars the dealer was really nice, easy to talk to, very polite, and extremely helpful. The dealer reassured me they will sort paperwork, documents and arrangements etc, and they made it a very easy and simple process. I didn't really have to do much at all, they got it all sorted and very quickly too. I bought a Vauxhall Astra and I love it! Very happy with it. I've had a fair few Vauxhall's in the past and its by far the best one yet, really smooth to drive. The car was amazing value for money, for its age, great condition and low mileage, I got myself a cracking deal.

Lovely bunch of people, helpful and very friendly, went out of their way for me when purchasing my Audi A1. The dealership was very covid-safe, collection was contact free and the dealer had ensured all restrictions were met. I can't fault the car, its been a dream to drive since buying, its really nice. I love it, and personally think it suits me well, it was definitely the right car for me.

Absolutely superb experience! I bought a very nice Mercedes A Class from here, the car is everything I hoped it would be, its stunning. When I went to collect it, it was presented extremely well - clean, shiny it was immaculate, I was really impressed. Since buying I've loved driving the car, its a really nice drive, smooth and soon shifts when needed. Can't fault the dealership staff, everybody I spoke to was really helpful, kind and polite. There was a nice relaxed vibe, not pushy, just very laid back and straight forward. I tend to change cars quite often, so I will definitely be back to Greenacre Cars in Swindon in the future, I highly recommend.

I haven't bought a second hand in a very long time, I am used to main dealers brand new vehicles. I'm now at a point where a car is now longer a luxury, just an essential to get me from A to B and I didnt want to waste a large amount of money on a brand new car, so I decided to look at second hand cars. I found a lovely Ford Focus with Greenacre Cars and I cannot fault the dealership at all, they was very good, nice chaps, very friendly and helpful. They talked me through all the details of the car, made sure it was pristine inside and out and just generally looked after me. The car is very comfortable and drives extremely well, I'm pleased with it and would happily recommend Greenacre Cars!
