Bought my second car from this garage this time for my 18 year old daughter. Both knowledgable and honest! Showed us 3 vehicles gave us all the time to inspect and test drive each and every one. Excellent service and couldn't of asked for more. Have recommended to all my family and friends.
Brought my car from greenacre cars and can honestly say how impressed I was with there service. They were polite, professional and very prompt while helping me choose my car. I didn’t feel pressured and was given time to make my decision, would definitely recommend and will be returning to them in the future.

The car we were interested in was not as described, it had many faults - cracked windshield, headlight, teared door seals, teared leather seats, rusty brakes, many scratches, no navigation disc. Needless to say we were totally disappointed and did not buy the car. Worst of all, we had paid £ 150 deposit which we were assured was fully refundable and we have written proof of that in an e-mail and sms. One month later still no money back, despite the dozens of e-mails of requests and claims that we will be filing a complaint. In the last conversation they said they would speak with the manager and call us back and then stopped answering the phone.

They did the same to us when the car we bought developed a fault. You are best leaving them a review on Google as that gets a response.
