They done a supposed service, i asked them to check out a tyre problem they said all fine, We picked car up to go away for the weekend still had the problem took the car to a tyre company and they found 2 nails in the tyre i asked griffin mill to check out for us. We dont even know if they done a service at all. Kia Customer service is a waste of time. Rob the so called manager didnt want to know and thats it as far as Griffin mill and Kia are concerned. Dont waste your money here.

All down hill from there. Repeatedly broken promises on delivery dates. Salesperson (Nicholas) never returns calls. Sales manager (Andy) worse! Griffin Mill Garages say anything to win the business!! I eventually cancelled the order and bought elsewhere.

Do not believe everything you read about Nissan Qashqai, Purchased a brand new Qashqai costing £23.000, I have had an internal water leak covering the front and rear floor , water had come in through the n/s front wing as the vehicle was standing on my driveway, Drivers door handle had to be replaced, Car is currently back at the dealership awaiting NEW ENGINE !! yes a new engine, it has been there since July 22nd 2016, Customer service absolute rubbish, they never hardly return calls, contacted Managing Director of Nissan cars, i would have more response from a brick wall, The dealership do not care about your consequences and do not keep you up to date of ongoing issues, (They were not like that when i was purchasing the car) I would definitely recommend going to another dealership, My car is still awaiting repair today 6th September 2016, please please please consider this review.
