Other than having to many staff members called jack, I don't have any complaints. The car was well presented on collection and it has been enjoyable to drive. I would 100% recommend.

I knew what that I wanted the Fiat 500 from here, so there wasn't much for the team to do. After I paid for the car, we scheduled a date for it to be delivered and it was all done quite swiftly and it arrived on time.

Ellis was spot on. I didn't actually get to meet Ellis in person, just due to circumstance but after enquiring over email he was very quick at responding to emails, he was very descriptive about the car and he was a pleasure to be in contact with.

It was nice to see that the car was as described! I enquired about the car before I went down to see it as I didn't want to waste a trip down but once I was happy with the description of the car, I went to see it in person. It was spot on! Mo looked after me while I was getting a new car and he was good as gold!

I've had my car since December now and I'm very happy with the car, it drives well. Mo looked after me throughout the sales process and everything sales wise also went smoothly, I'm very happy overall.

I can't really remember who I spoke to about my car because I was just so excited to get it and the team were easy enough to speak to i.e. when they were explaining the process, I understood everything they were saying and they didn't complicate anything.

Since my house is being renovated, I was in the market for a camper and since I didn't know what I was looking for, I let my partner sort it all out. He saw a Ford Transit at Hartington that had been converted and it was ideal what we needed it for. We were very happy when we arrived at the dealership as the vehicle looked like it's pictures, we took it on a test drive and once we were happy, we went ahead and got it. We have used it a couple of times and it has been great so far.

Mo was bang on, as soon as I told him about the car that I was interested in he didn't waste no time to inform me everything I needed to know about the car and within a couple of hours I was driving it home. Really quick service and that's what I like. My A3 has been treating me well ever since.

Fantastic from every single person at this dealership, they really made me feel very welcomed and at ease while buying my car. It was mainly Mo who looked after me and he really couldn't have done enough for me, I had a small issue with the tyre being bauld but as soon as I mentioned this in the show room, the car was taken into the garage and they were quickly replaced. I wouldn't hesitate to come back because it was just amazing.

Mechanically my car is great and my little VW Tiguan has been very reliable. I've had it for a couple of months now and it isn't showing any signs of giving up so I'm confident this is a solid car.
