I LIVE IN GRIMSBY AND SPOTTED A REALLY GOOD DEAL ON A HYUNDAI I10 WITH PARKING SENSORS IN KIDLINGTON SO I ENQUIRED AS TO WHETHER I COULD GET IT SENT DOWN TO GRIMSBY. AFTER SPEAKING WITH MATT I ENDED UP PUTTING A DEPOSIT DOWN ON THE CAR AND ANDY DROVE IT UP TO ME. THERE WERE A FEW HICCUPS ALONG THE WAY REGARDING THE DEAL BUT EVERYTHING WAS RECTIFIED TO A GOOD STANDARD. I WAS DOING THE DEAL ON BEHALF OF MY ELDERLY MOTHER AND I CAN HONESTLY SAY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MATT, JOSH AND ANDY WAS FIRST CLASS, THE DEAL WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY (ALL IN TWO DAYS) WITH THE MINIMUM OF FUSS AND A GREAT DEAL OF PROFESSIONALISM HONESTY AND DUE DILIGENCE, WELL DONE MATT/JOSH/ANDY, A JOB WELL DONE AND I WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING HARTWELL KIDLINGTON SUPER CENTRE TO ANY PROSPECTIVE NEW CUSTOMERS

Andy Wood at Hartwell Kidlington makes buying a new car a pleasure!! He actually listens to his customer and if you tell him something he remembers and acts upon it. He is also not a 'pushy' salesman, if you don't want something he won't ask you again which we really appreciated. We were very impressed and I love my new car!!

I bought 3 cars from this garage when it was crossroads garage. Service and professionalism was outstanding. Can’t say that for hartwells. I picked my car up with next to no fuel. Fingers crossed I made it to the garage to fill up. Also BOTH my keys are telling me I need new batteries. Well done hartwells great customer service!!! NOT!! Won’t be buying a car from you again and I’m telling all my friends of my experience.

Have to write a follow up, just been to Hartwells, and complained about splashed oil in engine bay causing burning smell and fuel filter. They had my car in straight away removed fuel filter and the date stamp clearly says it was replaced. But agreed that oil mess in engine bay was not good and would be speaking with the mechanic. Fair enough.
I bought my Megane from Hartwell Renault last year and it was a pleasure doing business with them. When I received the car it was in immaculate condition and I am really happy with the value for money. The dealers were really caring and friendly and really went the extra mile. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Just have to let you know my experience with Hartwell Renault, Kidlington. Just had my free 4th year service done. Purchased a genuine fuel filter from their parts dept and left it on the passenger seat with a note asking if they could fit it during the service. Service completed and went to collect car. First they said it was the wrong fuel filter, I replied it was supplied by yourselves. Later they stated that they had now fitted the filter and that would cost£43.50 to fit, I paid and left. I could smell burning oil as I drove the car with the heater on, never smelt this before. Took my car to APS Brackley, very well respected garage. Up on the ramp the mechanic said oil was splashed about the engine bay from when the oil filter had been replaced and not cleaned up after. Also said that the fuel filter was the old one, there was no evidence that the new filter had been fitted! Not only did Hartwells charge me for the fitting of a new fuel filet but they kept my new one I supplied!
