First I viewed the car online pictures alot of them, made the car look real nice. So I phoned up to enquire the person I spoke to says the car is this and the car is that, you know the real gift of the gab, type. He got he so I arranged to go view it on a day we would be on duty since I started with him I'll finish with him. Set a date and time. Went down on the set dat and time to be met with I thought you was coming tomorrow? Really now, first RED flag. After driving it a few things was agreed to be done. One week later after I paid for the car, insurance tax paid also, they still had the car and did nothing they supposed to do I was constantly phone up for updates. They finally dropped the car off still nothing done. one thing after another 5000£ later that's in 10k border line now. I just want to scrap only to be offered best price of 150£. But that's not the cherry on top, car can not be taken away from me because someone took out finance on the car the year before I brought it. They have to be brought forward, this is not how you should do business Harvey's Auto you must pay.. Back

Got a car from Harveys Stafford0had a few problems they came and got the car from Cornwall Had it for 16 days after a few days problems came back Told to tack it to a garage in Cornwall and get it fixed it is fixed now and they paid for it would recommend them to anyone kind regards Roger

The service me and wife got was brilliant. We were taken throw everything step by step. There was no sales pressure to take additional policy's. Everything was explained. I have had bad service at other garages but I would recommend harveys autos ltd to my friends
Well finally got rid of the car I bought from Harveys. Don't trust this company with their false promises, and lies.
Well worth travelling 190 miles to buy our vauxhall meriva from Harvey's. Franc made the process so simple, he was professional and very quick. We didnt want to faff, looking, he got that. We were driving away less than 30 minutes later. Hubby loves the car, we will definitely be looking at Harveys again in November for another new to me car.

I was too premature. The car has broken down a week after purchasing and harveys have done everything to avoid dealing with it. The car has now been in the garage 3 weeks. Do not buy a car from them, and after sales woman is so rude. It took me 2 weeks to actually speak to someone as not one email has been replied to.
After taking a day off work and a 80.00 train fare I was met with a vehicle that took me 2 minutes to establish it was in terrible condition. The photos were a complete misrepresentation of the true state of the car . Considering , apparently, they’ve have had the car for 3 months , there had been no attempt to bring the car up to showroom condition, to which it was priced at . I was also advised by a couple I got talking to on the train that lived in the area to be cautious about buying from there .

From first contacting Harvey’s by phone to attending in person I have experienced nothing less than a friendly professional guidance from John the salesman who dealt with my transaction. He even collected me from the nearby town when I travelled up to view the car which was ready for my viewing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend buying a car from this company
If you are thinking of baying a car from Harveys Autos Stafford don’t. I made this mistake last March, they are very very good at taking your money, but when it comes to after sales service, there isn’t any, I was promised by Louis the sales man that he would get a part for me and put it in the post, that was March this year and we are now in August and I’m still waiting, I have given up ringing because you get the same lie’s told to you every time, the part is here we will pop it in the post, but nothing happens, I wrote a letter of complaint to the car sales manager, they never even acknowledge my letter. Be careful I’ve been in the motor trade for over 60 year and this is as bad as it get’s for after sales service, believe me, Definitely will not be getting another car from there Keith Hawthorne
