I recently purchased a car from Harvey’s autos in Stafford, I must say the 1 on 1 device I got from the garage was amongst the best I have ever received when buying a car , Frank was the rep who looked after me and nothing was too much trouble , he kept me in the loop and also made sure the car was up to standard . The garage made sure everything was perfect and renewed things even though they didn’t have to , the mechanic at the garage was also very helpful. In a nutshell I know where I will be going in future to get my vehicles , they have a customer for life now . Couldn’t recommend highly enough .

We looked to purchase a vehicle from Neil, one of the sales team. On arrival at the showroom for our previously requested test drive we were told that the vehicle couldn't be moved from the showroom as it may rain !! While we were trying to talk with Neil someone at the dealership was walking around with a parrot on his shoulder - hilarious really !!! I believe it was the business owners. We have never felt so uncomfortable while looking at a car with the thought to purchase. Neil was very distant in his sales talk, to the point of almost showing a disinterest. We called for updates on a number of times, but it seemed that Neil was either with a customer or out on a test drive. Funny enough, I wasn't even offered a test drive again. I am the partner of the person who was going to buy from here and had to witness this. Im shocked at the lack of personal service here. Felt unwelcome and patronised. Thankfully the sale did not go through !

Its a real shame that people feel the need to leave such negative reviews when your the partner of someone who has not purchased a car, Neal is a great sales man and had many great reviews for helping customers, We never refuse test drives why would we?. Id like to remind you that reviews like this really leave negative impacts of small business's.
Shocking service. Just want to get your money (so the owner can pay for his £300,000 Rolls Royce Cullinan?) and then ignore you. When purchasing a Mini I questioned the state of the tyres and was assured they had plenty of tread and would not have passed the MOT if they hadn't. 6 weeks later (and 500 miles) I decided to get the tracking checked (with a trusted garage I have used for years) as my wife felt the car was always pulling to the side. Turns out the front tyres are badly worn and the rear are worn and out of shape. All 4 need replacing. I tried to get in touch with Harvey's on several occasions to see if they were prepared to contribute and, guess what, they completely ignored me. Not even an acknowledgement or response. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, the car had 12 MILES OF PETROL in the tank when I picked it up, and they didn't see a problem with this!!!!

If you really have to purchase a vehicle from here please take a little finance out. My purchase was sold to me on complete false information. Fortunately The Financial Services ombudsman ordered a refund. 19 months later! Immature sales and unprofessional communication. No need for the amount of unpleasantness I had. I would give no ratings at all.
Well bought a Peugeot 2008 gt line for 8,500 had issues from the start having being fobbed off time & time again car booked in same said they had done it nah they hadn’t car was supposed to be MOT & serviced mileage taken off a computer not the car ??? Said in the advertisement that it had a satellite navigation nah it hasn’t rang again car booked in they didn’t show up to collect it & drop off courtesy car phone calls not returned 30 day warranty ran out I had taken out extended warranty emails backwards & forwards I got I touch with main dealer as lost all faith with this garage they emailed main dealer to say that the price they had quoted for diagnostic was obscene wow how rude I would warn anyone thinking about buying a car from this garage to stay well away don’t waste your money there as you will only regret it big time they had all my money & basically don’t give a toss !!!!! I’ve had to put 1 star as won’t let me leave them blank car was not clean the valet was shocking I’m so very upset as this is going to cost me a small fortune to put right

Simon who works here is such a con artist,This garage has ripped my mum off, bought a car, problems with it, don't want to know once left the Fort court dragged there feet so the 30 day warranty ran out, she took the extended warranty out, but won't do it! The owner is no where to find, she's emailed the owner heard nothing back, keeps getting fob off , Simon told her a pack of lies, 30 day warranty doesn't exist as it went back twice and she got fobbed off by Frank who hasnt logged anything when the car went back, apparently service and mot was done got the mileage off a computer not the car, I would not buy a car from here, you get robbed and told a pack of lies

I brought a bmw from here in January and 3 days after it had a issue with the drivetrain, I contacted the guy that sold me the car franc, he did sort it out even though it did take a couple of weeks he was quick with his responses on keeping me updated, 2 months down the line again same problem with the drivetrain while im on the motorway on my way to work, a issue with the drivetrain is dangerous because the car will cut out at any given second. (Death trap) I’ve contacted them and not heard anything. Seems to me that they have sold me a faulty 10grand car and clearly the issue was never fixed to begin with. Absolutely appalled and disappointed. Considering this is meant to be a family legitimate business. Now I’m stuck with a car that cuts out every 2seconds and 10k down. Being a female myself I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else’s daughter or son so I would suggest looking elsewhere if you want a nice long lasting car with no faults.

A thoroughly awful service throughout. Was messed about and lied to. Phone calls were never returned. Even when I escalated things to the manager, the issue was not resolved. Eventually had to cancel the sale and get a refund. The refund was only processed promptly after I threatened to go down and make a fuss in the showroom. Very disappointing experience.

I PART EXCHANGES MY OLD BMW FOR A 66 PLATE SKODA. THE DEAL WAS DONE... THEN THE PROBLEMS STARTED FIRST THEY GAVE ME 1 KEY.... 9 WEEKS LATER I AM HAVING FINES FOR NON TAX FOR MY BMW. FROM DVLA, WHICH I OBVIOUSLY KNOW LONGER OWN. THEY HAVE SENT KNOW DOCUMENTS TO DVLA, APPARENTLY THEY SHOULD OF GAVE ME A YELLOW SLIP [NOTHING] I AM WRITING LETTERS/PHONE CALLS TO DVLA, WHO ARE LOOKING AT THIS CASE... FOR A GARAGE THAT SELLS EXPENSIVE/ PREMIUM CARS, I FIND THIS REALLY POOR.
I Purchased my 2014 Jeep wrangler from Harvey on 18/08/2022. I gave my Kia Sportage which was still on finance and a settlement was needed on the vehicle. All documents were provided to Harvey's. Upon receiving the Jeep, it was filthy with black mould on the inside roof. A mud flap was loose and damaged. I had to request these things get repaired. I drove off qith the vehicle and while driving home I noted my rear shocks were extremely hard hitting on slight bumps. When I got home I checked the undercarriage of the vehicle and saw the shocks were rusted beyond belief and needed replacing. I did so and had them replaced. I called harveys and they had a million stories. But back to my absolute nightmare of a experience. I get a call on 16/09/22 from my finance company saying I missed a payment for my Kia Sportage. I was very surprised as that was meant to have been settled by Harvey's. The agent from the finance company informing me that it will effect my credit profile as it is a missed payment and overdue. To then be told I'm in breach of my fiance agreement. I called Harvey's on 16/09/22 asking what was happening and informing them of what has happened. The Management informs me that it was a oversight/missed as the sales agent didn't give the settlement figure to whomever or whatever. After calling and being pushed from pillar to post and trying to shift blame to the salesman. Management of Harvey's do not stick to their promises to return calls or fix issues with my new Jeep....... I have never been so messed around by a "Professional " car dealer like this in my entire life!!!! Pathetic customer service. In fact it's not Pathetic as it doesn't exist. I have since contacted a Solicitor as I will not be taken advantage of or be treated like a fool. Good luck Harvey's!
