My car was recalled for a fuel vent problem. Dale and his team were friendly and efficient as usual. They even checked the rest of the car and valeted it before returning it. They always go the extra mile and provide an excellent service.

Thanks to Colin Beckley the purchase of a car was made easy, quick and uncomplicated, I am grateful for the professional manner in which he conducted himself...even when I asked a silly question! You will always be met with a warm smile and handshake to put you at ease. Let's not forget Bo who very patiently became my personal sat nav when I got lost on the way to the showroom. I have to say this was a great experience purchasing my used car, Lee was super professional and honest about the whole process from the moment I arrived and eventually left with my new purchase absolutely excellent sales customer service. He even gave me a call a couple of days later to make sure everything was alright. 10 out of 10 for the whole experience with lexus so far. Hopefully servicing the car will be just as good.

My punctured and broken tyre had been repaired last month by Mr Dale Morton the Senior Service Advisor, who handled the matter with careful attention as always. After I got all the explanation of the work carried out and paperwork from Mr Dale, I saw my car was spotless as it had been cleaned and valet in the highest expectation. I was told this was standard service. However, I had never ever expected it. This was some kind of the extra service I had never received from any of my previous dealership. My car was normally only been cleaned once on an annual routine service. So I was very impressed and very satisfied by the extra service, which I believed it was a special service offered by Lexus only. On top of it, Dale told me that the vehicle had been carried out a full health check to enable its best performance and safety concern. This is another surprise that I do feel an extra peace of mind. Of course, I must Thank Mr Dale and his repair team. His supervision and management is super efficient and in such an excellent way. The teamwork was excellent! The service was fantastic!
