I have owned a Lexus RX450H for 4 years and have it regularly serviced at Lexus Hatfield. Yesterday was the major 60000 mile service, my car was collected at the prescribed time. I was kept informed throughout the day regarding progress and any additional work necessary. My car was delivered promptly fully valeted. The booking process had been very straight forward, everyone I spoke to was extremely polite and helpful and after 45 years driving I don't think I've been better served by any dealership. My car was recalled for a fuel vent problem. Dale and his team were friendly and efficient as usual. They even checked the rest of the car and valeted it before returning it. They always go the extra mile and provide an excellent service.

Thanks to Colin Beckley the purchase of a car was made easy, quick and uncomplicated, I am grateful for the professional manner in which he conducted himself...even when I asked a silly question! You will always be met with a warm smile and handshake to put you at ease. Let's not forget Bo who very patiently became my personal sat nav when I got lost on the way to the showroom. I have to say this was a great experience purchasing my used car, Lee was super professional and honest about the whole process from the moment I arrived and eventually left with my new purchase absolutely excellent sales customer service. He even gave me a call a couple of days later to make sure everything was alright. 10 out of 10 for the whole experience with lexus so far. Hopefully servicing the car will be just as good.

Although at the present time I was unable to proceed with the purchase of a new Lexus car I should like to say how helpful, accommodating and professional it was dealing with Pravin at Hatfield Lexus and I hope to be able to purchase a new Lexus in the near future and I have every confidence in dealing with Pravin again.
