My punctured and broken tyre had been repaired last month by Mr Dale Morton the Senior Service Advisor, who handled the matter with careful attention as always. After I got all the explanation of the work carried out and paperwork from Mr Dale, I saw my car was spotless as it had been cleaned and valet in the highest expectation. I was told this was standard service. However, I had never ever expected it. This was some kind of the extra service I had never received from any of my previous dealership. My car was normally only been cleaned once on an annual routine service. So I was very impressed and very satisfied by the extra service, which I believed it was a special service offered by Lexus only. On top of it, Dale told me that the vehicle had been carried out a full health check to enable its best performance and safety concern. This is another surprise that I do feel an extra peace of mind. Of course, I must Thank Mr Dale and his repair team. His supervision and management is super efficient and in such an excellent way. The teamwork was excellent! The service was fantastic! Following the recent theft of my catalytic converter I wanted a CatLoc to be fitted as soon as possible. Lexus Hatfield arranged a prompt booking, with courtesy car if required. On the day, Dale Morton ensured that everything was dealt with promptly and efficiently so I was back on the road in no time.

After sales service and reliability is something I’ve always valued very highly.There’s no point in owning a car that is ultra fast corners like a dream etc etc if it spends half of it’s time in a work shop and you have to have an argument every time you take it back to the dealer. Which is why I bought a Lexus. I always get a very warm and courteous welcome from James and Dale in service department. The job details are all pre- prepared so all I have to do hand them my ignition keys and I can go on my way, or if it’s just a small job I can get comfortable in one of their armchairs and watch the TV whilst enjoying a coffee which Kim the very efficient receptionist brings me. I intend changing my car this year, needless to say it will be another Lexus and it will be purchased from Lexus Hatfield.
