The car was immaculate, and was well worth the 5 hour drive to collect it. Great place to buy a car from was treated with the utmost respect and got 6 months warranty for free as a bonus. The car before purchasing went through many checks and inspections and ultimately felt brand new. I'll happily be coming again in 5 years when I decide to change my car

I would recommend anyone to go and buy a car with this dealer. Service was amazing got me everything I wanted and delivered it to me next day.
I bought a Toyota CHR from Hatters, Saf was really lovely and honest. He did all the paperwork in 3 -4 days and did all the touch ups on the car before we collected it. Good customer service - he understood exactly what we wanted. Nothing Doggy!

Dealt with Saf at Hatters. Was bang on from start to finish, had previously been to another dealer who told us a car was not damaged, we then messed around with a 3 hour round trip to see a car that was covered in scratches, dents and broken interior! Saf was honest right from the beginning advising of any marks on the car (x1) and even providing a video of the car. This stopped us making yet another long trip down the country! Picked the car up today which was exactly as he described, whole event took less than 30 mins. Great service and highly recommended
