I cannot speak highly enough of everyone at Hatters, especially Bash, Carlos and Simon. I have bought a number of cars and these stand out miles above the rest. The whole process of buying the car was a dream and the service was five star on its own. I have since had a small problem with the car (that was not a fault of Hatters but of a previous garage) and Hatters went out of their way to support me throughout when they could have easily swerved any involvement. Its rare to find a garage that looks after you once they've got their money but I would recommend Hatters to anyone who wants to buy a car with confidence.

I bought a new van for my business from Hatters after searching for weeks for the right vehicle. From the outset the whole team were completely open and honest about the vehicle and made sure I was aware of any and all issues - which came to pretty much nothing anyway! The van went through rigorous safety checks and valeting, and the administration of the sale was dealt with quickly efficiently and with clear expertise. The whole team, Simon, Bash, Aftab, know their trade and appear to take a great deal of pleasure and pride in providing their customers with the best vehicle they can. I bought my Ford fiesta from Hatters car . The service I received while buying the car was superb.Calus was so professional and nice to a fault.The car had a little itch with the SRS bag but Calus ensured it was fixed at no additional cost to me.Hatters cars come highly recommended by me and I will definitely buy subsequent cars from them.Mr Bash was another amazing man who made sure I had rest of mind with my purchase. Beyond the business of selling cars,you will definitely have rest of mind with any purchase from them.
